Napoleon Perdis Mighty Concealer Pen Review & Swatches

Napoleon Perdis Mighty Concealer Pen you’re, well, you’re so mighty!

How did you pack such a creamy formula into a pen?

Likey!

This is fabulous stuff. I love click pen concealers. They travel all friendly like and attach at the hip like your shadow for quickie touch ups on the go plus they just make concealer application a snap. Swipe on, blend out, finished. Who doesn’t love simplicity?

But sometimes concealer pens go a little runny in consistency so I thought it rather surprising that the Napoleon Perdis Mighty Concealer was every so creamy. This has a lovely dense formula with a full on creamy formula. It’s not a heavy concealer really but it feels like it as you apply. It blends out fairly easily and covers quite well although creating a flawless, refreshed eye easily. It wore quite long and strong as well without fading or creasing into my finer lines.

My joy for me here is the heavier creamy texture. I thought it was positively heavenly in terms of the feel as it was hydrating and conditioning under my eye without being dry or creating added dryness.

I ran into issues with the shade….it comes in three colors one of which is a yellow base and the other shade a pink beige which I haven’t had a chance to swatch or see in person. The color I tried seems to be promoted as the lightest color on the site but I think it might be the darkest. The color is called Cream Coffee and it’s a very deep shade of muddy beige. The color was too dark under my eyes and off on my skin tone so I’m going to indulge in the Pink Beige in the hopes it is a better match.

Dare I say I actually like this more than the Dior Booster Pen I hold so near and dear to my heart.

Excellent formula here.

Hopeful I can find a better color match.

I’m going to go ahead and slap a Muse Approval on this one.

You’ll love the formula particularly if your eyes are drier.

Good review! Now I’m interested in this, since I need an undereye concealer. How is it compared to YSL eclat concealer? I’ve been debating getting the YSL concealer (the sample worked really well for me), but the price tag is a bit much to handle.

ysl is a lot thinner barbara! If you like thinner concealer YSL is def a nice one but this is creamier more hydrating.
