Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain Swatches

As you may have read earlier today, Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain is a newly launched chubby pencil lip balm slash stain that is releasing in 12 shades for Summer 2012.

I’ll have a review shortly of these but here’s some swatches as a little sneak peek!

(Smitten, Adore, Rendezvous)

(Romantic, Lovesick, Honey)

I located these at Harmons for $6.79 each.

Review is on the horizon for tomorrow after some testing.

Any shades you’re loving?

Located them in your area?

Smitten, Lovesick, and Honey look nice!
Smitten and Lovesick seem kinda similar though…

  • haley

wow that was fast! thank you so much for posting these, they look lovely from swatches. lovesick and honey look gorg, looking forward to the review!

  • Becca @ The Beauty Sample

DEFINITELY picking up Rendezvous and Honey–so pretty! They look exactly like the Clinique ones–here’s to hoping they perform as well as the Clinique ones do, too! I wonder if my nearest CVS has them in…might need to run out to the store real fast tonight and check it out!

    So I don’t live near a Harmon’s BUT I begged my
Mom to go while she shopped with me via cell phone while I looked online 🙂 can’t wait to try these! I got sweetheart and another. Gonna be blogging swatches soon. Can’t wait tha is for sharing!

  • Jennifer Bennett

Are these limited edition or are they permanent to the revlon collection?

  • cat

I’m interested to hear what you think of the formula (please be moisturizing!) and see how Smitten, Rendezvous, and Honey swatch on the lips. I just tried NYC Blue Rose and decided I’m in love with fuchsia on me but I think if Rendezvous and Honey look good on the lips, those might be the big sellers.

  • theresa

You already had me at your earlier post! After these I swatches, I definitely need these like now. :3c

  • Shamim

looks like pigmentation is good, unlike clinique’s chubby sticks! but they also look sort of like revlon’s lip butters….hmmmm.

  • Mahsa

I want to cry that these aren’t in London (yet(I hope)) I want and covet ‘adore’ and ‘honey’ xxx

  • Mandi

I will need rendezvous, lovesick and most of all, honey.

  • mel

Dear, one simple question,is it twistable or need to be sharpened?

  • FadBurger

Smitten and Honey look amazing. I CAN NOT WAIT for your review. I haven’t seen them in my area yet, but hopefully you review them before they pop up so I know what to do haha. I’m lost without reviews!

  • Miss_Silk

yessss swatches~! I can already see the resemblance of these shades compared to the lip butter ones. I shall wait for review ^^

  • Emma

I *need* me some Rendezvous and Honey balm!! Just discovered the Revlon Just bitten range (I’m not sure this line has launched yet in the UK), and am addicted…

  • reen

haven’t seen them yet, but i can’t wait to buy them! i want at least 6 shades! they look amazing!

  • Caitlin

I adore Adore. It will be mine. I will also get Rendezvous and probably Romantic, because I find it extremely difficult to contain my love of reds, especially sheer reds, which makes them so wearable. 🙂

  • Tina

I’m so excited about these! I’ve wanted to purchase the Clinique chubby sticks but the price tag always pulled me away. I’m so glad Revlon came out with a more affordable one. These look awesome already.

Lovesick, Honey, Smitten and Rendezvous are calling to me.

  • Tammie

It’d be nice if, like the lip butters, these became part of the core lineup~

    • Rebecca

They probably will be. Revlon never releases this many shades of one product unless they are permanent.

  • Rebecca

I already know I’ll probably love them just from these swatches. They look so glossy, with just enough pigment. They have to be permanent if Revlon is releasing so many shades. 😉

  • Rebecca

I just called Revlon out of curiosity, and these are permanent. So we don’t have to feel rushed to get them, but if I see them I’m still buying these in case they sell out.

  • lara / the glossarie.

real excited about these! can’t wait to track them down.

  • Allison

Great review, it’s so funny because I found out about these earlier todau and I can’t wait to try one! Serena was right, they look like the Clinique Chubby Sticks, but cheaper! I like that they come in a variety of shades (from orange to pink). I really want to get the honey one since I could never pull off orange! Thanks, I will definitly look for this next time I go to the store!

    • the Muse

my pleasure allison glad you enjoyed it! hope you tried them and liked ;D!

  • Rachael

I purchased Honey and Sweetheart! Sweetheart is a little brighter than I expected but I know I can make it work but I just LOVE Honey!! Highly recommend..I’m glad to find an affordable dupe to the Tarte lip surgences!!!
