Kardashians Cosmetics Collection Khroma Beauty

Stila teamed up with the K’s to make a palette earlier this year to celebrate the launch of Khaos in Las Vegas.

But what would you think if I told you the Kardashian’s have plots and plans to launch their very own makeup collection?

Would you buy it?

You might love them, you might hate ’em but above anything else you’ll have to agree that the Kardashians (especially Kim) have some seriously flawless makeup in place wherever they go.

With an empire that includes clothes, lingerie, shoes, denim, nail polish, and even their own credit card at one time it isn’t any great surprise that these girls are ready to launch their own makeup collection.

Kardashians Kosmetics Kollection Khroma Beauty (ooo God, don’t hate me, but those K’s are so annoying!) will be launching this Winter at Ulta, WWD and the New York Daily News reports.

The line will include false eyelashes, mascara, and this sounds exciting, a compact entitled Kardazzle. Other products include a finishing powder, “a gold pre-foundation treatment called the Million Dollar Mask”, and a highlighter.

Creative director Robin Coe-Hutshing spills the deets:

“We reviewed a number of beauty and fragrance licenses prior to the Kardashians, but the potential for creating a brand with Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé stands apart because of the girls beauty and style, their unique connection with their fans and followers and because they each have definitive ideas about beauty and makeup that will speak to women of various cultures and ethnicities. For us, these are the qualities of a winning brand partnership.”

I’m NOT writing this one off because Kim is always looking flawless so I’d be interested to see what sort of makeup collection they put together…!

What do you think?

Yay for the Ks?

No way, you wouldn’t buy it!?

Do share!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’m intrigued. These ladies do know their makeup and usually look really pretty (except this has to be one of the worst photos I’ve ever seen of Kim K.). I do not love or hate the Kardashians so I’m willing to give the makeup a chance. I wonder if this will only be in select Ultas, though.

  • Courtney

I’m totally picturing full coverage foundation, lots of bronzers, falsies, and some seriously awesome mascara. Not a huge fan of the Kardashians but I agree with Kim, the ladies do seem to know their way around their makeup. I may have to indulge in a piece or two.

  • Rachel

I wouldn’t. I think my preferences in makeup is very very very far from theirs. lol

  • Sarita

I hate the name too but I bet the false eyelashes will be nice…although I am not one to wear false eyelashes. It’s probably not going to be a line that will appeal to me though because it will probably be uber glamorous.

  • kimkats

    With apologies to Dr. Suess:

I would not buy them here or there
I would not buy them anywhere
    I do not like Kar-dash-ians
I do not like them, not a damn…..

Um, No, I don’t think I would buy the line…..

    • 18thCenturyFox

It will be a cold day in hell before they get one centime of mine! The mere idea of adding to their evil empire makes my skin crawl. Besides, they have never used their own child labor produced, overpriced, badly designed products- just look at their track record.

  • breyerchic04

We don’t have the same look at all, but I’d at least look at their stuff, and consider something. Not likely to be lipstick or eye products.

  • SusanT

I agree with kimkats. I would not put one penny in their pockets — they’re loathsome creatures.

  • Liz

I wouldn’t purchase any of their makeup and I admit it is due to personal reasons against them. They do a lot of paid events in my city and very rarely will show gratitude to people who help them.

  • Michelle D

I agree with Kimkats & Southern Gorgeous. I wonder if it will be any good or if it will turn out to be Kardashian Krap?

  • Daniela

Umm wow..did anyone else notice they are one K away from being a serious NAACP complaint (not to mention the rest of decent human beings). Multiple K’s is NOT cute!!! Stop it!! God these women are effing dumb.

Btw Kimkats your ryhme made me giggle out loud:) Nice one

  • blahzie

Uhm, considering this “FLAWLESS” look you speak of is created by their make up artists, using conventional, everyday brands that are currently available to you, RIGHT NOW, as in this very second – I fail to see how you wouldn’t write this off.

These chicks know about as much about make up as any of us do….probably less actually. unless were talking anal bleaching creme….

  • Christy

I would definitely buy it!!! I’m with you, Kim’s make-up is always amazing. I’m also with you on the name, it’s awful. They seriously need to rethink that name. So dumb.

  • Charlotte

I wish I could come up with a smart and creative way to say this but I’ll just have to settle with: NO WAY.

  • The Peach

I used to be a huge fan of theirs until the whole wedding/divorce thing went down. Now I refuse to watch them and would not purchase anything from any of their brands. Even though I have to agree they do know their makeup.

    • the Muse

yeah that was odd peach still trying to figure out if that was a pr stunt or serious!

  • Kate

Blahzie, your rant actually made me laugh, but I think you might be better off ranting(in this particular style) over at dlisted. Have you heard of the awesome MichaelK?!

We all have different sides to our personalties, and I hope I am not overstepping as I say this (because I am not the Muse’s spokesperson) but I go there for a daily dose of hilarious profanity-laced celeb bashing.

When I come here? Not so much.

I hope I don’t sound bossy, condescending, or anything along those lines because I really did chuckle at your rant, and Dlisted is a real place. 🙂

Muse, if this post is just too far OT, or is just simply not something that belongs here, I hope you will not allow it to be displayed. I will understand. I have mad respect for you, and I would not want to annoy you in any way. 🙂

    • the Muse

preach it kate hehe…I don’t mind your comment at all. I’m not a lover of the K’s at all, not a fan, don’t watch their show, don’t buy their products/clothes/etc…but I think the idea of makeup collection sounds interesting..it might be crap or they might surprise us, and it’ll be great..who knows ;-D but either way, makeup artist or not, I def admire Kim’s looks…I think blahzie got a little caught up in something that was nothing at all :-D!

and I agree if you wanna rant about the celebs and such there are a SLEW of other places to do so rather than a beauty blog ;-D

  • Victoria

I dont watch any reality show so i really dont care much about them or how they wear their makeup or their appearance, i dont really like their style. i usually dont pay attention to products with celebrities name on them UNLESS the quality is really outstanding, i may be willing to give it shot.

  • jesspug

i *so* agree with kimkats. there are far more worthy brands to spend my money on. thank you!

  • MMM

Pass. We all know that even with this line out they will still be using MAC, NARS, etc to achieve the flawless look.

It is hard for me to buy things from spokeswomen that I don’t care for.

  • Majick

NOPE – will not be buying for many of the reasons listed here.

  • Butterdaisy

Hope it is better than the polishes as far as wow factor. The polishes bore me and I’m a nail lacquer fanatic.

  • Tiffany Martin

I don’t care if it’s the Kardashians as long as the products are good. I mean, Kim is super stylish and no matter what her makeup is fab.

  • Lisa

I can’t help it, I love them, their show, their style and makeup. Guilty pleasure, but I do understand why many don’t like them. I’m very intrigued about the million dollar mask because Kim once posted a photo of herself with something sounding very similar. http://instagr.am/p/JvtJ7tOS2s/ Count me curious!

  • D-tan

I actually really enjoyed the Kardashian Kolors line from Nicole by OPI, as Follow Me on the Glitter is my HG nail polish color. My interest is piqued since I do tend more toward the glamorous side of makeup, but I won’t be planning on getting their falsies since Japanese ones are better designed and more cost efficient.
