Tarte Airblush Maracuja Blush for Fall 2012

Good news for Fall 2012, Tarte Airblush Maracuja Blush is launching!

This blush was an exclusive part of a QVC Today’s Special Value a few months ago. The other shades were release in exclusive sets unavailable to the general public unless you got in on the QVC Auto Delivery option.

But I’m happy to report that it’s now available as part of the Tarte Fall 2012 Collection!

Take a look!

Tarte Airblush Maracuja Blush is a creamy, almost mousse-like consistency cream blush. When used in conjunction with a fiber brush it creates this airbrushed flush of color on cheeks with a subtle dewy finish.

I did receive this blush in the TSV, and since I’m on AD, I look forward to getting all three colors because I really liked the poppy one. Tarte really does know how to do blush!

Ooh curious to try the Shimmering Peach. I don’t own nearly enough cream blushes (in my defense, I have very oily skin, so it’s just not that practical for me to purchase cream blushes!)

ugh, I LOVE the peach one. It goes on fairly sheer and has really buildable color. I have combo skin and it is amazing. I’m almost done with my first one, I will def repurchase it.

I really like the shimmering poppy from the tsv. now that the shimmering pink is available solo i might cancelled the auto delivery all together. i skipped the second shipment bc i am not crazy about peach. love the texture of this blush!

Diane, that’s exactly what I did. I canceled the auto delivery shipments. It was too late to cancel the next shipment, but they did cancel the one for November. I ordered the Pink and Peach from Ulta (free shipping). It was really the blush that I was interested in and maybe a couple of the other items, but still canceled. When I get the shipment next week, I’ll just return it. Just wish they had shades other than the ones in the collections. Kind of poor planning on Tarte’s part.

I already cancelled this months ship bc i dont like peach blush. Im really exctied to notmhave to wait til nov for pink. Only things from thentsv i wanted were blush and maracuja oil but ill get enough oil from the new tsvs. Blushes are on tartes site too, im gonna wait for 20% off or so

Hi, will you be doing a review on this blush with swatches? 🙂 I’m really interested but I have really oily skin and live in Manila, land of the humid, so I’m a bit iffy to use anything other than a powder blush. Hope you do though as it will help me decide whether to get it or not 😉

    • the Muse

hi scarlet yes, but I already have a review up of a single shade (link in this post) if you can’t wait 🙂

  • Liz

Love, love this blush. I have the Poppy. Looks bright but goes on nicely. I’m very light and it’s a great color. Can’t wait for other colors.

i got this blush in the tsv a few months ago and LOVE LOVE LOVE it! can’t wait to try more shades!

  • Joan

Nothing new if you have the TSV and are on auto delivery for the next two kits, one of which is coming in about a week with the Shimmering Pink shade. These are the shades from the collections. Kind of disappointing that Tarte didn’t come out with different shades for us Tartelettes who already have the TSV and are on auto delivery for the other two collections.

I got shimmering poppy in 8 piece set that was released in March I love it , it looks so natural I hope they release one in a light pink shade too

I just want to comment again on how much Tarte is WINNING with the lovely packaging lately. Such a pretty compact!

TARTE IS MAKING ME APE SHIZ!!! I was in Ulta yesterday and OMG they have some great new stuff including the foundation we all just got in the latest TSV. They have a really cute palette with leopard print inside and gorgeous neutrals. Also, a waterproof black eyeliner with a leopard print lid that comes with a brush.

I have this blush from the first TSV and I really like it but I skipped the second shipment of that AD because of an overabundance of Maracuja Oil. I imagine that stuff doesn’t have a forever shelf life and I don’t want to become inundated. Besides I really didnt’ like the eye palettes from that group. THe little boxes are just OK in my book. I”m glad they are selling all the maracuja stuff at Ulta now.

I did resist buying the new leopard print palette because I opted for STila’s IN THE KNOW instead. Oh I still want that little palette – hint hint (someone could get it for me for a present). LOL
