Ulta Holiday 2012 Beauty Smoothie 3-in-1 Shower Gel Review

With names like Pink Sprinkle Cupcake, Goodie Goodie Gumdrop, and Peppermint Stick I’m sure you’ll want some Ulta Holiday 2012 Beauty Smoothie Shower Gels under your tree this year yes? Formulated to be used as a shower gel, bubble bath, and shampoo these Holiday treats are a cheaper dupe for Philosophy’s more expensive 3-in-1 Shower Gels.

Take a look!

Decked out with a little red bow and bell these Shower Gel Smoothies are ready for gifting. Tuck one into a festive bag with a shower puff, some washcloths, and maybe some of the candy they are named after and gift them to your secret santas, friends, and family members.

I’m not judging if you decided to keep them for yourself as I would do exactly that.

These are a smidge smaller than than the regular collection of Beauty Smoothies that Ulta carries at 16 oz, they also happen to be cheaper at $12 versus the $16 for the regular 24 oz. If you buy 2 you can grab 2 more for free as well. Nice eh?

There are three limited edition holiday fragrances to choose from.

  • Peppermint Stick

Crisp, cool refreshingly sweet candy cane scented shower gel!

  • Goodie Goodie Gumdrop

Full on candy berry scent! Kinda reminds me of kool-aid! Achingly sweet and delicious!

  • Pink Sprinkle Cupcake

A little touch of bubble gum, lots of vanilla, cake, and yummie sprinkles!

These lather up to a nicely moisturizing foam and leave my skin delicately scented after I exit the shower. Unlike Philosophy’s version which is in shower experience only. You can use ’em on your hair as a shampoo or in the tub as a bubble bath.

You must grab some.

Delicious shower gels are part of my down fall.

Loves ’em!

Muse Approved for purchase.

I purchased them at Ulta but they also carry them online at Ulta.com should you want to shop them in your jammies!

Tried ’em?

Do share!

I purchased this item.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’ve had 3-in-1 products before but I never use them on my hair for fear of them sucking… did you try it on your hair? How was it?

I wish we had Ulta in Canada. Pink Sprinkle Cupcake sounds amazing, and I like using these washes for both my hair and body.

Pink Sprinkle Cupcake also has my name on it; will be picking it up this weekend.

I just love these things! Great in a guest bathroom too. Thanks for showing us the new flavors!

Have you tried these as shampoos? How are they? I feel a little weird using these all inclusive gels for body and hair. I have dry scalp that flakes during the winter, do you think these are moisturizing for your scalp?
