L’Oreal Visible Lift Serum Absolute Foundation for Spring 2013

L’Oreal Visible Lift Serum Absolute Foundation is a newly launched base for Spring 2013.

Available in 12 shades this foundation treats skin as it covers with a formula that supposedly treats wrinkles and dark spots with results in as a little as four weeks.

I didn’t pick it up as I don’t seem to fare well with “serum” injected foundations. They seem to feel greasy on me which shouldn’t be the case considering my skin is dry…! These were marked at $10.69 at Harmons but I suspect they’ll be a bit more once they hit more mainstream drugstores like CVS and Walgreens.

L’Oreal already has a Visible Lift Foundation formula so this is just a revamp of the formula that includes a serum.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Everyone seems to love the lumi foundation too but i read its not for oily skin either
    …what gives L’oreal?

I probably won’t be trying this, I tried the original formula and it irritated my skin. Must have been the anti aging ingredient.

My skin being more of a mature texture needs the moisture even though I still have some oily sections some area. What I don’t like about drugstore products is that there isn’t a way to color match you’re skin to the right shade.
