NYC New York Color Plump & Tint Collection Spring 2013

The NYC New York Color Plump & Tint is a new display featuring NYC New York Color Applelicious Glossy Lip Balms & Big Bold Plumping Lip Gloss for Spring 2013.

Take a look!

The little Applelicious Glossy Lip Balms are darling! These remind me a lot of Physicians Formula Happy Booster Lipstick as they have a core shaped like an apple (not a heart like the Happy Booster ones). The Big Bold Plumping Lip Glosses are like MAC’s Wonder Lipglass, Hard Candy Glossaholic Lip Gloss, and Big Flirt Glosses. These are a huge 0.39 oz size and from what I’ve seen so far have a very opaque formula!

I’m quite excited to try the goodies I picked up today from this display!

I’ll review them soonish!

I saw the display at CVS.

Anyone see this display yet?

Anything you hauled from it?

Do share!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. We have had the apple lip balms here in Belgium for a while now and I really like them!
Bit of a strong but yummy candy apple like scent, they’re moisturizing and give a sheer colour.
    Plus they’re cheap 🙂

Oooooh, the plumping lip glosses look lovely! I’ve always been adverse to using lip glosses because of hair flying all over and getting stuck or just the general tackiness of the gloss, but I cannot resist glossy looking lips!

Can’t wait for the reviews, Muse 🙂

In Europe the lipbalms were a big hype. The red is a really bold red and not scheer like most other coloured lipbalms. They do dry out a bit, but if you’re used to lipsmackers these would do just fine. The overall chemical apple smell and taste is something you must love because it will be there all day long. But for a more alive look this balm takes one sweep and I’m ready to go 😀

i bought the Big Bold gloss in “Latte” today & so far – so good! I took a big risk, as the weather’s fiercely cold/windy today and my lips are (were…) parched to the max & nothing could moisturize them – Not even my beloved Lip Inflation or Burt’s Bees Nourishing balm. . .But since I’ve had good luck w/ NYC lip products in the past and I’m on a budget and these just came out – They’re under $4! – It is a steal. My sore, peeling lips are slowly but surely regaining moisture and softness w/ each passing hour. I re-applied 3x in the last 2 hrs but not b/c I needed to but b/c I want to. The formula is a little sticky (nice) and smooth – It is nourishing and very comfortable to wear. The scent is faint and fades quickly. The color is a very pretty neutral nude …

Flora, but does the Big Bold Glass make your looks look fuller like it claims to?
