NYX The Smoky Shadow Palette for Spring 2013

If the new NYX the Natural Palette wasn’t your bag no worries the NYX The Smoky Shadow Palette might be the one that you want.

This sleek palette contains essentials for creating a perfect smoked eye for Spring and a mere $7 to boot.

These perfectly matched shades can create a sexy, sultry smoky look in seconds by using shades together or individually.

Six shades are house in this slick, slim line palette.

This will launch January 2013 (possibly this week) online at www.nyxcosmetics.com.

I’m quite excited to check it out. But I’m honest the Natural version is more my speed.

Which do you love?

Both perhaps?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment.

Oh I love it! It reminds me a bit of the Ud Smoked. Great color choices!

:S Call me clumpsy, but I’d only get two or three combos out of this palette. I really don’t feel like the colors look good together. I think I’d use them mostly as individual shades. And what’s up with the whites? Great for paler complexions, but it looks very dramatic on me, even buffed under the browbone. Like I was trying a Ganguro Girl makeup on a dare but got interrupted lol
