Guerlain Terracotta Makeup Palette for Face & Eyes Summer 2013

Guerlain Terracotta Makeup Palette for Face & Eyes Summer 2013

I’m positive I just had a mini makeup orgasm because even though I’m not a bronzer girl the Guerlain Terracotta Makeup Palette for Face & Eyes for Summer 2013 is thrilling!

Guerlain’s new Terracotta Makeup Palette for Face & Eyes includes a bronzing powder with four eyeshadow in a slick palette for Summer looks!

The dual compartment compact features the bronzing powder on top and an Γ‰crin 4 Couleurs Eyeshadow style palette with four shadows on the bottom!

This stunning creation doesn’t come cheap at $62 but I really want to see it up close and personal as although the bronzing powder doesn’t do it for me I’d be interested in seeing the shadows…I love warm, bronze-y shades of shadow.

It’s available now at Nordstrom and

the Mandarin

So did you see Iron Man 3? I got a special sneak peek of it last week. I swear it could have been absolute rubbish but anything with RDJ is a masterpiece as far as I’m concerned. I didn’t really love what they did with the Mandarin, they kinda threw the villain away, it was a cop out, but Ben Kingsley provided such comic relief you couldn’t help but love the twisted way they fuzzed up the Mandarin.

Did you catch Stan’s cameo? I live for those. Bless his little soul!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. OMG! OMG! OMG! I “neeeeed” this! It’s positively gorgeous!!! I did miss Stan Lee’s cameo but my daughter didnt. My thoughts, RDjr didn’t wear the suit enough but hey, it’s like you say, everything he makes is a masterpiece and it was fun to see Ben Kingsley in that role. πŸ™‚

i couldn’t agree more just in denial about that lol! πŸ˜€ It really was, he was just so silly in it that you had to laugh. Stan was actually the judge during the Christmas Pageant πŸ˜€ he was holding up a 10 sign and being rather excited about the chicks in bikinis! ;D

Oooo…what is this BB Cream you speak of?

I’ve really been getting into Dior and now Guerlain lately. I keep talking myself out of buying one of the 4 Seasons bronzer because I’d have to order it online, and I don’t like not being able to swatch bronzer, but I might have to suck it up and pick this palette up and the bronzer in Natural Brunette….and maybe the BB Cream if it has a matte-ish finish. lol

You’re telling me – the whole reason why I grounded myself the first time around was because of my Dior summer makeup collection (plus a few other “why the hell not” items) and Sephora’s VIB/Chic Week hauls. lol

ugh thank god chic week didn’t break me but I had minor regrets that I didn’t do worst that week πŸ˜€

I just Googled swatches, and while what came up is from the 2011 release, they look exactly the same and I whimpered. At my desk.

      CHARGE IT! lol
