Sonia Kashuk Triple Train Case Review

Sonia Kashuk Triple Train Case

You NEED the Sonia Kashuk Triple Train Case ($19.99). Seriously, I am utterly in love with this soft material train case. It is the perfect essential makeup bag for weekend trips or a few days away from home or even for storing under the boyfriend’s sink when you’re staying at his place.

Take a look!

Seriously, pick one of these up you won’t regret it. This is a triple zippered train case and features three separate layered compartments.

The bottom is the biggest part of the case where you can store smaller bottles, deodorant, hair brush, even a large shampoo/conditioner bottle or other hair care.

The middle portion unzips to reveal another small compartment which can be used to store blushes, foundation, eyeshadow, palettes, etc…

And finally the top portion has a brush pocket with a flip over protector so you can store your brushes away from everything else and not have the hairs splitting on them or getting them bent etc….as they have their own protective pocket. There’s also a zippered pocket here which you can use to store smaller items like hair clips, sponges, cotton rounds, etc….

It’s pretty much the perfect lightweight and small train case for taking essentials. It isn’t so small I can’t store a decent amount of product inside and it’s not so large I feel like I’m carrying my entire makeup world with me.

It’s just the perfect lightweight size for storing a good deal of essentials. I go away a lot in the Summer on the weekends and I can safely take all my essentials with me in this case.

LOVES it.

Muse Approved.

I’d buy one if you do a lot of weekend trips or stay away from home a lot.

It’s available at Target locations!

You NEED it.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Do you think this would work well for transporting nail polish & manicure supplies? Polishes in the bottom, protected with bubble wrap or whatever, standing up of on their sides?

This Paul & Joe kittykat makeup bag is my current case of choice. As well as being FRICKIN’ ADORABLE it has brush slots in the lid to protest make up brushes, a little zip flap at the top to keep tweezers and sharp beauty implements safe and little pockets in the side walls inside the main bag space. So much organisation and sectioning inside a small bag gives me joy! Whatever makes me happy, right??

i love me some paul and joe! so cute! absolutely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D

OMG I use this one!!! Different color, but it is THE BEST makeup case!! I love that it has the extra compartment– so much better than everything in one big bag. Awesome!

I bought one of these a couple of years ago. My only real complaint with it is that the sides are really soft, so it tends to lean over when the compartments are unzipped. It does work well though and holds a lot. For reference, it is wide enough for the Naked palette fits easily.

That looks awesome! I love the different size compartments, and especially the dedicated makeup brush protection.

I have the “Ultimate Weekender” in the green flower print, but I think I may pick this one up too (enabler!)…

I really love how this is a sturdy washable fabric as opposed to the clunky solid cases. Plus, these bags are so organized. <3

hey cristi! I just purchased that last week! LOVE it too ;-D

  • BooBooNinja

The top two compartments would make the perfect makeup bag for me. Oh Sonia Kashuk, will you make that too? 🙂

Wow! This is just what I’ve been looking for, thank you so much for this review!! I’ve been using the same 2 makeup bags from Stephanie Johnson for the past 5 years and it’s time for an upgrade since this traincase from Sonia Kashuk combines those 2 makeup bags into one; how convenient!! I’ve been following your blog since 2012 so I’m a longtime lurker and fan of your blog and your reviews. Thank you so much for taking your time to review beauty products for us. With much love, Taylor Nguyen
