Nexxus Hydra-Light Weightless Moisture Leave-In Conditioning Foam Review

Nexxus Hydra-Light Weightless Moisture Leave-In Conditioning Foam

Too much pool water has left my hair a wreck that’s why products like Nexxus Hydra-Light Weightless Moisture Leave-In Conditioning Foam are a god sent. I really love the Balm’s new Leave In Spray Conditioner but I ran out of it and was being all frugal gourmet about purchasing a new bottle due to shipping costs.

So I skipped over to drugstore and came out of it with Nexxus Hydra-Light Weightless Moisture Leave-In Conditioning Foam. I’m typically a creature of habit when it comes to haircare so throwing a conditioning mousse at me really upsets the balance of my universe. I typically stick to sprays. Hell I didn’t even know there was such a thing as a mousse formulated leave in conditioner!

I tried this though and loved it.

Now I’m recommending it to you!

Nexxus Hydra-Light Weightless Moisture Leave-In Conditioning Foam ($14.99) is a silicone-free formula! Bless be! I’ve used it daily for the past two weeks and have absolutely no build it up from it!

It’s basically a foaming mousse texture which you can run through damp hair and supposedly it will conditioner, hydrate, and provide shine to hair.

I apply two pumps to my damp just showered hair and wrap it in my towel while I do my makeup. It detangles my hair rather nicely and allows my brush to run through my hair more easily. It also makes my hair rather soft and also smooths and refines my waves and curls. My hair feels less heavy after use and softer without the build up other products leave behind!

I seriously think this could change the way I apply leave in conditioner from now on! I’m typically one for misting it in but this mousse is so weightless and feels like I’m not using anything at all!

Love the hydration it provides, love it allows me to brush my hair easier with few tangles, and love it doesn’t cause build up!

Muse Approved.

Try it!

You’ll love it I’m sure!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I have their liquid version of this, and I love it! So nice to find something that actually works that doesn’t cost $20+ 🙂

if you don’t want to pay for shipping for the balm products, they ship for free from zappos!

This sounds really interesting. I’ve used pantene’s silky moisture whip and am currently using dove’s spray oil conditioner. I like both but another mousse sounds fun

Muse, have you ever tried the Bumble & Bumble Leave-in Conditioner? If you did, what did you think of it?

Going to check this out when I’m about done with mine.

I’ve been wondering if this was worthwhile! Is your hair fine, thick…? I’d been using the John Frieda Sheer Solution, which looks okay the first day, but looks greasy on day two.

Oh man I need this! It’s like you read my mind in the shower tonight. I feel like I already have so much to do in the shower, (face cleanser, exfoliator, body cleanser, body exfoliation, SHAVING ugh) that conditioning my hair is starting to get on my nerves! And it’s silicone free???? This is like a dream come true 🙂 Thanks for the review!
