Wet n Wild Rose Champagne Glow To Reflect Shimmer Palette Review & Swatches

Wet n Wild Rose Champagne Glow To Reflect Shimmer Palette 4

The Wet n Wild Rose Champagne Glow To Reflect Shimmer Palette is part of the new Fergie Centerstage Collection that recently launched. From my understanding this collection as supposed to be available for a limited time but as of know this face palette is available in the regular Wet n Wild standard display.

Good news for the folks lemming it eh?

Walgreens is your best shot at snagging it as I believe Fergie’s Wet n Wild Collection is exclusive to the store.

Take a peek at this palette!

You might know me well and realize I tend to avoid powder highlighters. I love to look at them, I think they are pretty, and I like collecting them in some cases but I don’t technically wear them much because I’m not an expert at applying them.

Wet n Wild Rose Champagne Glow To Reflect Shimmer Palette is a surprisingly easy to use highlighter. This is a mere $4.99 and comes in a black plastic compact. Don’t travel with, don’t drop it, and try not to be too rough with it as I find the baked formula tends to break very easily. Just a warning.

This is a stunning little creation of a baked palette that features a mosaic of light peach, pink, and a champagne pink beige. For some reason I oddly want to say this reminds me of a MAC Mineralized Skin Finish. It’s just such a complex and pretty design!

It won’t work as a blush in my humblest but will work fantastically to highlight cheek bones and face. It has some shimmer and a little frostiness that comes across as a metallic finish when applied correct (go light! Easy does it as you can potentially get a little too much shimmer with a heavier hand).

It unfortunately accentuates less than smooth areas on my face such as drier, patchy spots or if you have larger pores it will put a little bit of a spotlight on them. I’d recommend using a fan brush to lightly brush it onto the spots you’d like to highlight as this will be an excellent way to get a nice sheer layer without adding any extra which will in turn highlight less than smooth areas on your face.

It’s really a pretty glow of champagne pink on cheeks. You can even use it as a color wash on your eyes if you’re up for it. It feels a little drier in texture to me with a very fine grittiness when a finger is swiped over it but still applies and blends fairly easily with a soft, smooth finish.

If you’re a chronic highlighter use I can see Wet n Wild Rose Champagne Glow To Reflect Shimmer Palette as being an easy, affordable way to add a beautiful glow to your skin.

This is really a stunning beauty budget fine well worth picking up!

It’s available now at Walgreens.

I have this and love it! It’s a very nice highlight and I find that it’s actually hard to overdo it. Thanks for the review!

I grabbed this a few months back, and out of the three available, I think this is one that best suits cooler toned complexions. The others looked too orange and tan for us fair folk (for reference, I’m NW10/15). I like it quite bit, though I do notice that it starts to fade a tad around the 6-7 hour mark. Not a big deal, since baked products have that tendency, but I suspect people with oily skin may have problems making it last. Still, not a bad highlighter at all for the price. 🙂

I ended up getting all 3 of these. I said I wasn’t but for the price you cannot beat these and they are really nice. Didn’t feel like shelling out $$ for a MAC MSF. So I’m happy with these. I thought this one wouldn’t work on my skin tone but it does. *two thumbs up* for Wet n Wild.

This is my current favourite highlighter and reminds me of Peach shimmer waves (as a result, not shade) which was discontinued by The Body Shop-when it was around that was my fave!
I have been following your blog for ages but this is the first time I ever commented. 🙂
