Dior CC Primer Radiance Booster Color Correcting Primer Fall 2013

Dior CC Primer Radiance Booster Color Correcting Primer ($49) is incredible, what a great facial primer! Ok, the end. I don’t have to say anything else? Ok, I’ll tell you more! Even though Dior’s new Airflash Matte Touch Long Lasting Airy Powder didn’t quite work out for me I had absolutely no issues with the brand new Dior CC Primer Radiance Booster Color Correcting Primer!

You NEED to at least try it.

Dior CC Primer Radiance Booster Color Correcting Primer

So spray on face primer! Sounds messy right? I think everyone thought Airflash Matte Touch Long Lasting Airy Powder would be an equally messy product but neither actually is and I had no problems with application in the least.

Dior CC Primer Radiance Booster Color Correcting Primer is a color correcting lightweight mist that contains Photo Smart Pigments to correct your skin’s tone, even it out, erase shadows and darkness, and brighten up a duller complexion.

It contains a mix of minerals that supposedly revive and refresh skin as well as my favorite ingredient of all, hyaluronic acid, which moisturizes and helps retain that moisture so skin looks fresh, plump, and hydrated.

This is available in a single universal shade of color that has a fresh scent. The shade appears pearl at first glance and dries down to a pink light lavender shade. Your complexion will not go pasty once it is applied so no worries.

For application you can spray in a z onto your face or you can apply to a brush and buff into place. Or…I don’t recommend it but you can use fingers if you like. I prefer misting directly onto my face to be honest and gently blending out the areas I misted with my fingers. This is a aerosol style can so it does burst out of the can rather rapidly. I advise keeping it far from your face as your mist as this will create a finer mist that goes on evenly and smoothly without creating patchy areas that are less than smooth. My skin is drier as you know and I suffer from dullness. This creates a rather pretty glow of light on my skin so my complexion looks brighter, smoother, and more flawless. Granted, I’ve expressed my dislike of highlighters in the past and how terribly I apply these so don’t think the glow I’m speaking of is one you’d get from a powder highlighter. This has considerably more moisture than a cream highlighter or powder and it looks far more natural than anything you could achieve using a powder or cream formula. I’m always looking for ways to brighten up my skin and this is exactly what CC Primer Radiance Booster Color Correcting Primer does. I’ve read a few raves that expressed how well it evened out skin tone but can’t say I experienced the same. For me it came down to how well it creates a very fresh face look….have you ever just come away from having just exfoliated your skin and admiring how beautiful and translucent your skin looks? Bright? No makeup, just beautifully smooth and glowing? I feel like that’s what this does for me.

Overall, Dior CC Primer Radiance Booster Color Correcting Primer is flawlessness in a mist. It delivers a hydrating primer that keeps skin moist and supple through the day and creates that ethereal flawless glow that looks like your skin but WAY better.

Absolutely adore what this does for my skin!

I’d recommend a test out your next trip to the counter.

My only issue? I fear I’ll use it up quickly and it doesn’t come cheap at $49!

It’s available now at Dior counters or online at dior.com

Instead of saying “muse approved” you should say “muse is amused”
That would be freaking awesome lol

If you apply this, then apply a foundation on top, wouldn’t all the radiance/glow benefits of this product be hidden? I don’t really understand makeup, so isn’t it best this to be worn alone?
Which do you like better the Diorsnow BB creme or the Dior Hydralife BB creme? I didn’t see a review for the Hydra one. Thanks dear!

    * Forgot to write : which of the BB cremes is better without considering the high SPF 50 factor of diorsnow, as I already have the transparent one and would just wear that for more SPF. Thanks!
