Dior Ensorcelante (981) Addict Gloss Review & Swatches

Dior Ensorcelante (981) Addict Gloss ($29.50) is one of two limited edition lipglosses that launched with the Dior Mystic Metallics Fall 2013 Collection. Like Dior Bonne Ave 986 Addict Extreme Lipstick this is a vampy shade of wearable plum!

Dior Ensorcelante (981) Addict Gloss is a rich, vampy warm shade of blackened plum. It’s kinda a beefed up version of Clinique Black Honey in my opinion with more depth and pigment.

This is a full opaque gloss shade so what you see in the tube is basically what you get on lips. Although I do find it sheers out so building the color is required. Below I’m wearing three layers of the gloss for the best intensity. Dior Addict Gloss is probably one of the best glosses out there as it has a thicker yet comfortable texture and give lips a soft, plushy look with plenty of shine. I always find it wears well too for a solid four hours. The color does migrate crazily and bleeds around my lip line so you do need to apply some sort of lip liner to keep this shade locked into place.

If you’re looking for rich shades of color for lips this is a perfect Fall color for vampy lips!
