Maybelline Caramel Cool Color Tattoo Eyeshadow Review & Swatches
Maybelline Caramel Cool Color Tattoo Eyeshadow is one of six new shades of Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadow that launched with the Maybelline Dare to Go Nude Spring 2014 Collection.
Let’s take a look!
Maybelline Caramel Cool Color Tattoo Eyeshadow doesn’t quite match up to the shade name as it isn’t really a caramel shade. This is a coppery penny shade with a high metallic sheen. The color has a vibrant pigment with a dense yet slightly slippery texture that blends easily onto lids without tugging. The color has a smooth even finish and a wear of eight or so hours on my drier lids without fading or creasing.
I think some are naturally wary of newer shades of Color Tattoo due to the fact we got a bit burned with the Summer 2013 shades but I have to say they aced it with the Dare to Go Nude shades. If anything at all it even feels like improved on the texture slightly as they are a creamy and slightly slick so they ease on down the road during application and set to a smooth finish. Many of these shades have a nice metallic sheen to them too but ARE NOT frosty which is great for me as metallic finishes tend to go a bit frosty on me.
Caramel Cool is probably one of my favs of the shades launched and well worth a pick up!
I didn’t purchase these my friend did and he got them at Harmons drugstore so that’s a good place to search them out as well as Christmas Tree Stores or Bed, Bath, and Beyond.
Good Luck finding them!
