Sephora Rouge Cream Lipsticks

Cream finish lipstick fans watch out for the very inexpensive Sephora Rouge Cream Lipstick ($12.50) that’s available in array of shades! This one packs pigment, variety of shades, and a creamy formula into a very inexpensive package.

Do like!

Sephora Rouge Cream Lipstick is testimony to the fact that Sephora, when they want to, creates some very lovely makeup products. Available in 27 shades the Sephora Rouge Cream Lipstick comes housed in a MAC-like magnetic close black barrel (think MAC Mineralize Lipstick packaging as this is obviously where Sephora is going with the packaging but of course, on a bit of a cheaper scale as this is plastic and MAC has a more weighty metal packaging!).

I think two of the nicest things about Sephora makeup is the fact it’s typically pretty inexpensive, comes in a rather vast array of shades, and about 85% of the time you have a chance of getting a hit of a product out of the experience.

Rouge Cream Lipstick is obviously one of those hits.

This has a creamy, smooth glide on lips with a rich, buttery formula that applies with a soft, even finish. It’s semi-matte cream finish that hugs lips in nice lightweight pigmented color. I wouldn’t call the formula moisturizing but it isn’t drying either and has a nice light feel on lips which is a surprise as it does pack on the pigment. A single swipe will provide opaque coverage and built, well, let’s just say it POPS! I detected a very faint fruity taste but no fragrance from the lipstick. The wear time rounds it a just five hours and I have a good inkling that the darker shades will likely stain well after they fade away. During that wear it didn’t migrate or feather for me nor did it dry out, it remained very creamy on my lips.

Sephora Rouge Cream Lipstick Swatches (Miss or Madam)

I tried it Miss or Madam which is a nude, blue based pink…kinda zombie lips for me so I ordered a few of the more darker, warmer shades and I’m awaiting their arrival (I’ll swatch when they pop into my mail box).

If you enjoy cream lipsticks I’m positive you’ll love the Sephora Rouge Cream Lipstick formula. Great wear, great pigment, and just a beautifully texture lipstick that won’t break the bank.

Available now at Sephora and Sephora.com.

I am definitely going to try this lipstick! I have super dry lips and am always looking for lip colors that do not dry out throughout the day. I love the color as well:)

Sephora has this new matte lip cream…it’s matte but not. Luster matte..kind of how the nyx lip cream fell before they dry…the hot pink is to die for…if u like that kind..I know u don’t that one will be cool toned for ure taste but they have others and if anyone does..it’s brighter then candy yum yum, nylon and all others…

Looks like a mix of MAC’s Snob and Saint Germain! I’m a sucker for those blue-based pinks! I’m glad you reviewed this shade, I wouldn’t have checked out these lipsticks otherwise haha
