About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment.

I was on Pinterest and saw your pins and came right to your blog to check on Nixon’s holiday sets. They’re all pretty nice looking and reasonably priced except for the Full Bodied Fix @ $59? For two minis? Mmm hmmm. I’m putting Dolly’s High Roller on my Sephora shopping list right now. Thks. 😀

Ahhh no lipstick sets? Nooo!! I have the Serial Kisser mini set from last year and I love those lipsticks, I wear the colors quite often (including today!). I was hoping for something similar. I’m not a huge lipgloss fan, I much prefer longer wearing lipstick. The first set with the lip gloss is nice, but I wanted more than one lipstick 🙁

Oooo the lip gloss sets looks so pretty! I wish there would have been a lipstick set though. I just tried one of their Full Bodied lipsticks and I love it! I would have been all over a mini set of them lol

As much as I want to get excited, I just can’t! The Buxom glosses dry my lips out so easily (especially in the winter) so as much as I love the color there just isn’t a point in buying more of them.
