I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

Peripera Disney Frozen Magic Glam Tint is a limited edition lip stain that launched with the Peripera Disney Frozen Makeup Collection in Korea. There are two shades available of the Magic Glam Tint each shade of which is inspired by Elsa and Anna.

Let’s take a look!

PeriPera Disney Frozen Magic Glam Tint comes in two shades as I mentioned above. I’m Happy, Kristoff is a orange-y coral inspired by Anna and Let It Go is a bright fuchsia-y pink inspired by Elsa. These come packaged very cutely with art work depicting Elsa and Anna on both the outer box and the on the top of each of the lip stains. They did a really great job with the art as it is spot on for what you see from promotional images directly from Disney for the Frozen movie.

Each tint has a larger doe foot applicator that makes application easy. The formula is a lightweight runny gel texture that applies easily on lips with a smooth, even finish. It has a slight sheen after the initial application which wears away a few minutes after application. I find the texture applies like a gel but has a balminess as it sets. The gel texture kinda breaks down within an hour and it leaves behind a very nice staining effect that lasts for about three hours. It isn’t a dry stain so lips are very comfortable through the wear and on the initial application it feels quite moist. These have a pleasant grapefruit fragrance and flavor but it isn’t subtle so just beware for those sensitive to scented lip products. The stain wears well through drinking and eating which was impressive. I did think that Let It Go, Elsa’s shade, had the longest wear with the best pigmentation though! I’m Happy, Kristoff, Anna’s shade, is a bit more subtle in color and it wears a shorter time than Elsa’s shade.

After 90 minutes of wear.

I really enjoyed these! They formula isn’t drying, it applies easily, and it gives my lips a very nice tint of color! Elsa’s shade is particularly wonderful as I can get a good four to five hours of wear from it which is impressive for lip stain! Plus you have the cute packaging to go along for the ride (especially nice of you’re a Frozen fan girl or guy).

A friend of mine picked these up for me from Korea but a good deal of online shops have them and they are also available on Amazon.com.

I bought this for the packaging too! Not so much because I liked it but because I want to be an and whip out a Frozen makeup thing in public lol. I got Anna’s because I thought it would be peachy and because Elsa’s clip art was the ugly unfinalized design. Anna’s turned out…freakishly salmon but I love it anyway haha. I haven’t tried a glossy tint before so now I’m set to try more~

To be honest I wish maybe the collaboration was with Etude House instead because I don’t care for most of Peripera’s packaging. Clip art is slapped onto plain packaging and it’s just so…bleh. It would’ve been nice if we had a lipstick in an icy version of Peripera’s My Color Lips (now that I HAD to collect one of those despite the price).

The packaging on this line is adorable! Did you get the eyeshadows? Would love to hear your opinion on them if you did. Thanks!
