About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment.

Wish they’d put the naked basics in this instead of the flush! Then this would’ve been the perfect set!

OMG I was just thinking the exact same thing, got all excited to request this as my Christmas presents but then realized those are the blush palettes 🙁 oh well

  • Khobz

If my math is correct it would cost 372 to buy all separately and even if bought at the sephora friends and family sale still 297.60. So I guess it is a good deal.
See how I have managed to make a case for it for myself? 😛

Sometimes stores can be sneaky. I had a coupon for too faced and it didn’t let me apply it to the little black book of bronzers, so I ended up paying full price

I wish they would have a mini naked lip gloss set out for the holidays. 🙁

It just seems so large (I know, I know it’s a vault kit, duh). I’d rather have another lip set, I would have been all over a set with the naked lipglosses.

So it is real! I remember when we first caught buzz of this and if it was going to come true or not…. so tempted to buy this, however I have naked 3 which I loved when it first came out and I rarely use it these days. I’ve come to find while I love the rose hued palette the colors tend to make me look dead around the eyes as I suppose I have pink undertones and it tends to lean towards sunken in/dead corpse, blah! However I don’t have the other two and they do peek my interest… I don’t have any of the flush palettes… don’t really think I need them… but i love me some lippies! Not sure it’s worth it for me but like Khobz said still cheaper than buying all of them separately.

PS @ Muse – thanks for the smudging tip. I do set my concealer with powder every day but will def try the banana powder you mentioned! I seriously don’t know what gives but I just know I am SO OVER IT!
