Cargo Northern Lights Eye Shadow Palette

The Cargo Northern Lights Eye Shadow Palette is a new Ulta Online Exclusive Eyeshadow Palette that contains 12 matte eyeshadow shades.

Ulta markets the Cargo Northern Lights Eye Shadow Palette as a palette containing matte shades but the promo image makes it look like there might just be a shimmer or two in here. The palette is inspired by an adventure through icy tundras with softer shades of nudes and pinks paired up with crimson and gold.

The palette is $39 and includes 12 eyeshadow shades as well as a dual ended brush for application.

A few folks were disappointed by the Cargo Shanghai Nights Eyeshadow Palette for Fall 2014 so I’m hoping the Northern Lights Palette turns out a bit better!

    Oooh I don’t know what it is, but the shades in this palette are calling to me, especially that bottom row! I’ve never bought Cargo shadows, so I am a little weary – I will definitely look at swatches/reviews in the coming weeks of this before purchasing after hearing some disappointment in the Shanghai Nights set. Thanks for the heads up about this palette!

      Holly, this really made me laugh. The only thing I could come up with is LUGGAGE? So it will match your expensive croco luggage when you travel to see the NOrther Lights. LMAO

      Either that or there are huge mutant ninja red crocs invading the northlands. 😀

    I saw this palette at Kohl’s this evening. It definitely isn’t an all matte palette. I would say that the majority of the shades in the palette are shimmery.

    too bad it’s online only… would like to see some swatches. I think this is a really pretty palette and really on trend for winter. (thank goodness I’m not in the market for any more shadow palettes..haaaahahaha)

    I bought this over the weekend at Kohl’s. It’s a gorgeous palette, but all of the colors are most definitely shimmer. (Which is right up my alley!) If anyone is looking for matte colors, this isn’t for them. The wear time is great on the colors I’ve tried, though! VERY pigmented.
