Lush So White Shower Gel Review

Lush So White Shower Gel

Lush So White Shower Gel is a new, limited edition shower gel that launched with the Lush Holiday/Christmas 2014 Collection. You’ll recognize So White from the past I’m sure as it’s been a bath bomb as well as a forum fragrance in its previous lives!

Let’s take a look!

Lush So White is a tart, crisp apple scented shower gel. This one contains soothing rose water as well as fresh apple and cider vinegar and organic rose absolute. To me it smells like apples in the snow! When I think apple I almost always think Fall! But this fragrance manages to capture the spirit of Christmas with a charming crispy apple fragrance that remind me of frost bitten apples that are chilly and cold yet still very much alive with the fragrance of Fall mixed in!

It’s beautiful to say the least.

Formulas vary with Lush but I found my Lush So White Shower Gel had a bit of a runny consistency but it still lathered up very, very well and had a strong fragrance that lingered on my skin well after my shower.

If you’re feeling daring you can use it in your hair as a shampoo as well but user beware it can strip color and will leave hair a bit dry (as does Snow Fairy but lord knows sometimes it’s worth it to have Snow Fairy scented hair!).

The Lush So White Shower Gel is limited edition and available for the Holidays only so grab it now at your favorite Lush store or online at lush.com.

Love it?

I think I might have to grab a small bottle. Lush prices kill me and so for shower gel, I’m loving on the method seasonal scents. BUT always a but, I did get the small bottle of rose jam on my haul last week because I love that fragrance and so white is definitely another love. Hmmm.. or I could try and hold off until the after xmas sale. Funny thing about lush when my skin is grumpy, particularly face and um the girly parts, a few days of lush skin care and things are looking better already. I can’t explain what magic powers Lush has for me but I love anything that works so I guess I have justified the price! 😛 Thanks for the review I was curious about this one.

Sounds just wonderful! I admit I have not tried anything from Lush yet. It always sounds so yummy but yet the price is always a bit high for my taste. I just wish it would be cheaper lol! But you think it truly is worth it?

“So White” is a hilarious/strange name for a shower gel. But it sounds like it smells really great! Apples in the snow… what’s more Christmassy than that?! I seriously need to step up my shower game. Thanks for the rec!!

It can’t compete with Snow Fairy for me, but I tried it and it does smell really really nice!

First off, I am obsessed with apples, mainly green. I eat them all the time. Mmmmm. I went into Lush last week and was sniffing this… It literally smells EXACTLY like freshly cut green apples! The girl did the whole wash your arm demo thing and I couldn’t stop sniffing my arm for the rest of the day. I still think I like Rose Jam over this, but mmmmm this still smells so yummy. :3
