Bobbi Brown Holiday 2014 Lipstick Trio

I’m currently in love with the Bobbi Brown Shimmer Lip Colors that launched with the Bobbi Brown Holiday 2014 Collection and must say I’m loving on this new, limited edition Bobbi Brown Holiday 2014 Lipstick Trio.

Bobbi Brown Holiday 2014 Lipstick Trio is $84 and contains three full size lipsticks in a faux croc case. Bobbi’s Lipsticks are typically $26 each so I was disappointed there wasn’t a deal to be had with this set! You’re actually paying $6 more for the case apparently. Sad sigh!

Shades include:

  • Beige (light warm beige)
  • Ruby Shimmer (red berry)
  • Pink Mauve (medium rosy mauve)

I love this set and think it’ll make a fabulous gift but I did wince slightly at the price.

    I always hate to buy anything that is a “Limited Edition” item because I’m scared I’ll fall in love with it and never be able to purchase it again, but these look tempting.

    These shades are perfect for my mum but the price is… I wish this was a 60 bucks set. I would have bought it in a heartbeat.

    I got this for myself for Christmas (along with a ton of other stuff from the BB holiday collection). In the UK it actually worked out �6 cheaper than buying the lipsticks on their own at �22 each! NB I have noticed that pricing varies on BB between US and UK not always, in fact very rarely comparable and usually cheaper in US. In UK this was �60 which is equivalent to approx $90!!

    It was a bit of a leap of faith ordering it as was only available online in the UK and i would have preferred to try the colours out first.

    I wasn’t sure about the beige lipstick at first – bit too nude for me but have actually grown to love. The case is amazing. I would pay �20 for the case alone. The lipsticks sit in a foam insert that lifts out quite easily and underneath the box is lined on lovely soft fabric. So if you don’t want to keep the lipsticks in it makes a really nice little jewellery or trinket box. Prob a bit big to put whole thing in say a clutch bag.
