About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. The packaging on that is divine and what a lovely colour combo. I do find it really neat that they actually separated the blues in a ‘separate’ section. I thought at first that it was because it was a cream product but it looks like it’s a normal eyeshadow. Perhaps it’s to avoid the the blues mucking up the pinks? Very interesting!

I thought that extra separate compartment interesting as well! I think you’re right must be so you don’t cross pollinate the lighter shades with the darker!

These totally remind me of Clinique’s new 8 pan eye shadow palettes, except Clinique’s is only $ 28 each. I wonder how the formulas compare….

Oooh, I love the pinky-peachy shades with the blues. Really cute packaging, too.

Beautiful! I do want, but I don’t think I’d get much use out of it with my darker skin tone and eye color. Would this suit brown eyes and olive skin?

Nordstrom is sold out and I really want that palette. Do you know where else to find it?

You can still get this at Sephora. I picked it up and the shimmery shadows are divine: highly pigmented and long wearing!
