Body Shop Glazed Apple Bath Jelly

I always get “Ewww you take baths?” from many friends and even readers on here. For whatever reason people don’t think a bath gets you very clean, I’m inclined to agree. I never feel like I can wash my hair quite right in a bath! That’s what showers are for!

Baths though, baths are MADE for relaxing. I do indeed take and enjoy baths but typically they aren’t to get clean it’s more of a relaxation treat for me. I take them when I have a bad migraine as the warm water really helps to ease a migraine, I take them on a cold Winter’s night to warm up, and I like taking them after work to just ease the stress of the day away.

To get clean? Not so much! To relax? Hells yes.

That’s why products like The Body Shop Glazed Apple Bath Jelly is totally a treat for my relaxing Holiday baths because lord knows after a busy, stressful day of shopping you need a bath to just soak away the woe of spending all that money on gifts for the fam and friends on your list ha….

And I’m positive The Body Shop Glazed Apple Bath Jelly takes a note from dear Aunt Bethany’s Jello Mold…

Take a look!

The Body Shop Glazed Apple Bath Jelly

The Body Shop Glazed Apple Bath Jelly is a really fun product. This comes housed in a large plastic jar and feels and looks like jello. It quite has the same texture as Mizon Returning Starfish Cream or Illamasqua Hydra Veil Rehydrating Gel as it’s one of those jelly-like products that retains its shape even after you press into it remove a chunk! After removing a small bit it’ll bounce right back to it’s original smooth surfaced shape. I dunno why but these types of products fascinate me.

You can scoop a little or a large amount under running water to create mounds of scented bath bubbles to sink into. The formula is very gentle on my drier skin and doesn’t leave my skin dry nor too slick after I dry off.

The seasonal Glazed Apple fragrance is turning into a quick favorite of mine. It’s sweet, tart, and a perfect green apple fragrance that has a little bit of a candy-ish edge to it!

If you’re one for relaxing in a bath after a long day I’m positive you’ll love the Body Shop Glazed Apple Bath Jelly as much as I did!

I’m so sad it’s around for a limited time this Holiday season!

I’ll have to stock up!

You can get it now The Body Shop stores or online at www.thebodyshop-usa.com.

Same here, I love a bath to relax at the end of the day, but I’ll usually take a shower the next morning.

I have a tendency to scrub my tub, take a shower (wash my hair/shave), and then draw a bath. That way I emerge clean AND relaxed.
