About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Hi. I have the Alice in Wonderland Makeup. I bought them for the packaging.

The eyeshadows are actually fantastic, high quality makeup. Really impressive, and a pleasant surprise.

The lipgloss with wands are just OK. The glosses I have are sheer, and they have a slight “makeup scent” to them.

The lipstick colors are pretty, pigmented and long-lasting. Unfortunately, they have a really, really heavy playdough/makeup scent/taste to them.

I have the DHC cleansing oil with the alice in wonderland packaging, both adorable and a great product… when it is done i will re-use the bottle cause I love the packaging 🙂

I too have been eyeing those cute little frozen lip glosses just for the toppers… I have purchased just about all of the beautifully Disney eye palettes ( I don’t have the mauve one though) I have all the lipstick sets, and a few blushes.. The frozen dual eye shadow roller balls are beautiful. The only complaint I have with the eye shadow palettes is that they have used duplicate colors just changed the name. in particular the maleficent palette and the haunted mansion palette. So, for the price be aware you will have duplicates, just different names. you can order them straight from the Disney parks, as they are not all on the Disney.com website. Or you can go to Disney yourself and pick them up.

omg wait they had a haunted mansion one!? I didn’t see that one! I was at Disney this past Fall and last Fall and saw a ton of different ones but was scared to pick them up wasn’t sure of the quality happy to hear they are good!

I had 3 of the Beautifully disney eyeshadow palettes that I bought at Disneyland and I must say, the product is superb!!! I had the Maleficent one pictured above, the Tinkerbell and the Cheshire cat and they were worth every penny! They are $36.95 @ the actual theme parks though.

awesome to here! I was there in the Fall and saw a few but I didn’t pick them up, was fearful I wouldn’t like them happy they are great 😀

  • Pam

OMG, those Disney Princess lip balms and Cinderella lipgloss are too freakin’ adorable!

As both a lifelong Disney fan and a collector of cosmetics, it pisses me off to no end that they sell Beautifully Disney in the major stores at the Disneyland resort, but at no location are you able to touch, much less swatch, any of the samples. They’re placed under heavy plastic, if they’re shown at all, and if I’m spending more than $15 on a product I’ve never tried or seen reviews of before, I want to test it first.
Not like I need more makeup or Disney souvenirs, but I have a 15% discount for everything with my premium annual pass.
