Etude House Sugar Tint Lip Balm

Etude House Sugar Tint Balm comes in a round barrel tube much like Fresh Sugar Treatment Lip Balm. This has an screw cap which is fab as it won’t pop open in your tote or makeup bag if you’re traveling with it.

I love this stuff! It’s kinda hybrid lip balm, lip butter, and lipstick all in one. It has the balmy texture and consistency of a lip balm with the creaminess of a butter and the opaque pigment of a lipstick. Anytime I see lip balms or butter I always expect something sheer but this provides full, opaque coverage on a single swipe. Lovely! It has a very subtle sugary lemon-y floral taste and flavor that wasn’t unpleasant to my mouth. One of the main things I loved about it was the color pay off but it’s not lacking in the moisture department either. It has an easy, creamy glide with a nice hydrating feel on my drier lips and a smooth, even finish with a slight sheen!

Wear time? Amazing as well at around four hours without feathering or migrating and color remains intense through that wear!

Needless to say this little balm has it ALL and it’s not too expensive either at $8 per shade.

I highly suggest trying out Etude House Sugar Tint Balm for size. This is one lip balm that delivers color, hydrating, long wear, and a dramatic finish on lips!

    I have a pink one of this- it’s so smooth- a bit sheer (so TOTALLY wearable), so so so smooth (it needed to be repeated) and best of all, it smells like Peach Ice Tea!!
    I’ve had mine for like a month and it’s already half used- a good buy if you’re looking for a new balm imo 🙂

    Have you tried the Arituam Honey Melting Balms or Aritaum Water Sliding tint? How does this Etude House one compare?

        Not sure if they are the same thing, but you should try the Honey Melting Balms and Water Sliding tints out! I thought I recalled you doing a post on ome of the red shades of the Honey Melting Balms though!

          ohhh wait wait yes yes! I have three of the melting balms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are actually very much like the Etude House formula but a hint more pigmented, never tried the water sliding tints though! Sorry totally a senior moment! Very tired today 🙂

    I just bought this today, with this same shade, and the shade name is Cranberry Pie. The pigmentation is crazy! Plus it’s so comfortable on my lips.
