MAC Toledo Pearlglide Eyeliners Review & Swatches
MAC Chlorafill Pearlglide Eyeliner and MAC Designer Purple are two of the three shades available with the limited edition MAC Toledo Collection for Spring 2015!
If you’re a MAC Pearlglide Eyeliner fan you’ll likely be excited to get your hands on three shades with the new MAC Toledo Makeup Collection….!
Take a look!
The MAC Pearlglide Eyeliner Pencil is raved by many a MAC fan and everyone is always terribly excited when new shades launch or when shades get repromoted. I wouldn’t say they are my favorite eyeliner pencil in the world but they do have a nice creamy texture with excellent wear on my drier eyes at around eight hours. They glide on easily, no skipping, no tugging, and they smudge nicely as well.
I always feel like Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner has seriously covered so many shades in the eyeyliner rainbow already so when MAC does a few new Pearlglide shades I don’t necessarily get excited about them. I also like the glossier, slicker consistency of 24/7.
I will say MAC Chlorafill Pearlglide Eyeliner is a pretty unique shade. This one is a nice chartreuse green with a hint of sparkly goodness! Designer Purple didn’t impress me as much as I feel like I already own a shade or two like it.

Pearlglide Eyeliner is nice but I wish MAC had launched some different and more unique shades with the Toledo Collection. Some sort of reddish brown color would have been divine….! Whenever I see Pearlglide Eyeliners I just think how much better Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner has done with their range of color so they kinda fail to excite me.
However, I can understand the excitement if you’re a fan of this formula! 🙂
