P.S. Do you love the dancers in the back of the video or what?! So much eye candy! Rupert’s hair, his glasses, his big white teeth, those dance moves…!

Chapstick has come such a long way since that first time I was introduced to it way back when I was a young Muse of 4 years old and ate the entire Cherry flavored tube that my dad had dropped out of his back pocket. I recall it be deliciously waxy and giving me a bad case of heartburn.

No seriously, that did happen. I totally ate a whole tube of Chapstick when I was a child….! Apparently it’s non toxic because here I am, alive, happy, whole, not growing any extra arms out of my forehead.

Haha…!

But no, seriously, Chapstick has come a very long way. I find the new limited edition flavors not only delightfully delicious but also a nice, soft formula that glides on lips easily and leaves behind a tasty moist layer. I think the newer formula has an easier, softer glide and isn’t as dense as I remember Chapsticks.

Chapstick Aloha Coconut is a blend of creamy coconut paired up with juicy pineapple which tastes like a tropical pina colada poolside! Yum!

Moisture, yummy pinka colada flavor, now I need a cute cabana boy……

Chapstick Aloha Coconut as well as two other new Tropical Paradise flavors are available now at drugstores and mass retailers.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I love pineapple and I LOVE coconut but I dislike pina colada, is that super weird? Anyway I am ALL OVER the other 2 flavors in this collection, and I probably will cave and get this one too just out of curiosity. Chapstick happens to be one of my favorite brands because I actually like that thicker waxier feel, as opposed to more “natural/organic” prettier brands where the shit starts melting as soon as it touches your lips and it’s gone in a minute. Out of my 15 pound collection of chapsticks (not the brand, just what I call any stick-shaped not-in-a-pot classic swivel balm) Chapstick as a brand comprises the largest percentage.

White hot cocoa and cotton candy FTW!!!

I love pineapple/ coconut flavored anything! Have you tried Haagen Dazs Pineapple Coconut ice cream? Awesome:)I have the Burt’s Bee’s coconut and pear chapstick and Say YES TO Coconut has a coconut flavored line. I will have to try this one as well:)

What a cute story lol! Do you have the other flavors too muse? I just can’t wait for a review if you do bc I’m trying to figure out what I need back ups of when I find them, aka I’m a lip balm hoarder…and I’m in line for two of these 😉

haha ashley 🙂 I do indeed, review on the way! haha welcome to the club I’m a total lip balm hoarder!

Oh,I totally agree about Chapstick upping its game! It is now one of the best lip balms out there. It used to be like rubbing a candle across your mouth and about as effective. Now it is really nice, still cheap and tastes nummy! Gonna have to look for all the new flavors – it takes a while for them to show up here, but we usually get them…. Eventually… Love a good cheap thrill!

And I gotta admit, I still howl, Ed, sing along with that song on the radio! 😝

    • Isabella Muse

agreed!!!!!!!! They improved SO much! haha I always sing it at karaoke!

OMG Muse! That song was from my high school days. You must think in song like I do! People are constantly saying things that make me think of songs.
