Softlips Spring 2015 Cube Duo

The Softlips Spring 2015 Limited Edition Cube 5 in 1 Lip Care Duo ($6.49) contains a brand new, limited edition Peach Mango flavored full size SoftLips Cube Lip Balm paired up with a second Cube in the permanent Pomegranate Blueberry flavor!

You know me, I’m every so slightly obsessed with lip balms particularly ones that are in a sphere shape.

Take a look at the new Softlips Spring 2015 Cube Duo below!

My sister is older than I am but every single year we always give each other an Easter basket. Shrug! Call us kids but we enjoy doing it. Typically our “Easter baskets” are bags filled with candy plus little beauty items. My sister isn’t into makeup but she likes lip balms and little bits of beauty. So this cutesy Softlips Spring 2015 Cube Duo is perfect to tuck in her Easter bag! If you have a tween or younger girl (or boy who’s into beauty) who enjoys beauty these are perfect for putting in her (or his) basket!

The duo will set you back $6.49. One full size Cube is $3.49 so you ave a little bit of money purchasing the set!

Or hey, maybe you want it for yourself! Especially since it contains a new limited edition flavor entitled Peach Mango. This is pretty yummy! It’s sweet and has a tropical-like fruit flavor…kinda tasted like bananas, peach, and mango to my mouth! Good news for those who like SPF in their lip balms as this does have an SPF15.

The Softlips Cube Lip Protectant is quite cute and comes in a smaller packaging than the an EOS Lip Balm. It’s formulated with shea butter, vitamin A, and C.

The formula has a smooth glide across lips and leaves a light, thin layer of moisture. I wouldn’t say it’s highly moisturizing initially but I notice the more I wear it the softer my lips are so it kinda acts as a treatment of sorts. They wear comfortably and lightly on my lips without having a waxy feel however, I do reapply it quite often because it wears away quickly as I’m a lip biter.

Although named “cube” it’s actually a sphere design balm when you pop the top but the outer packaging does look like a little ice cube!

I love they are doing new flavors in these as I enjoy the formula!

The Softlips Spring 2015 Cube Duo will make for a nice little Spring gift for the beauty lovers in your life. Or keep both for yourself, it’s ok to be greedy sometimes 🙂

The Softlips Spring 2015 Cube Duo is launching this March at drugstores and mass retailers!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. Hope my Target has these! I really like these little cubes. I think I like them even better than the EOS spheres.
