Urban Decay the Ultraviolet Edge Program

Urban Decay the Ultraviolet Edge Program

Urban Decay the Ultraviolet Edge is a new global beauty initiative that helps empower women all over the world by helping to fund organizations that fight for the rights of women everywhere. Urban Decay has plans to use the the Ultraviolet Edge Program to donate three million dollars to causes that support women over the course of the next five years alone.

Their mission is to pool together funds from purchases of limited edition products, such as the new, limited edition Urban Decay Enigma Eyeshadow Primer Potion, and donate them to a wide variety of different women organizations. Within their first year they hope to reach a goal of $500,000 in donations.

See more details below!

Urban Decay’s game plan is to donate to organizations they are feel are empowering to women. In an effort to do this they’ll be donating 100% of the proceeds of products they create for this program to a variety of different charities.

Also as part of the the Ultraviolet Edge program they’ll be recognizing inspirating women, like Gwen Stefani who appears in the first promotional ads for the Ultraviolet Edge, who also shares UD’s vision to empower women!

The first product to get the Ultraviolet Edge star treatment is the new Urban Decay Enigma Eyeshadow Primer Potion ($20). This limited edition 24 hour shadow primer comes in a neutral matte shade and promises to keep shadow crease free and long wearing all day. Most important 100% of the purchase price funds go to the Ultraviolet Edge program!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.
