Illamasqua Gel Sculpt & Gel Color Arrives for Spring 2015

Illamasqua Gel Sculpt & Gel Color

The new Illamasqua Gel Sculpt & Gel Color arrives just in time for Spring 2015. These new light gel sticks are water resistant and apparently create subtly natural contouring on your face so cheeks look sculpted and gently flushed!

Take a look!

The Illamasqua Gel Sculpt & Gel Color ($37) are a new waterproof gel contouring stick that according to the brand is a unique and revolutionary way to contour.

Typically matte, flatter shades are used to contour cheeks but but in order to create a more “real” look Illamasque created these gel color sticks to apply color that looks natural and gives cheeks a lifted, sculpted appearance.

The Gel Color was designed to mimic a natural flush so unlike cream or matte shades its transparency is what gives it a fresher, more natural appearance. The color is trapped in a transparent the gel. For a contoured look, feel for your cheekbone and simply press and blend color under it for a more chiseled finish.

Shades:

  • Fluster (delicate poetic pink)
  • Charm (fresh wash of apricot)
  • Silhouette (sheer sophisticated coffee)

Illamasqua Gel Sculpt & Gel Color arrive online today at www.illamasqua.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. I don’t know why, but when I read or hear “gel” color, I get a twinge of excitement. I love the sound of it, like it’ll be pure, dewy pigment, with not too much shine and no dryness.

I have been lemming after them ever since they cropped up on my FB feed… and I don’t even contour! Anything gel and a promise to be subtle and natural and I want it!
