P.S. Who watched the season finale of Poldark last night? I got in late and didn’t get a chance! Pray tell were there anymore shirtless Aidan Turner scenes? I mean, I was actually happy about the fever running through the prisons because it meant Ross got to take his clothes off at the beach and burn them. Praise the lord. Ok, ok, so fever shouldn’t be celebrated but lawd…!

Now I don’t like hairy guys. And let’s be honest, Aidan is pretty darn hairy. Like borderline beast man!

But I can’t!

Thank god someone gave this boy a new series as I was having serious Being Human withdrawal.

    I watched Poldark! It was a great episode (two episodes, really), but no shirtless Aidan Turner. Maybe next season, which has already started production!

    It’s not the happiest of eps but it is a 2 hour one at least. It seemed to move far slower than previous ones though. Enjoy it.

      I have the old Masterpiece version so I kinda knew what to expect but still sad to hear it isn’t the happiest two hours! haven’t had a chance to watch yet but can’t wait 😀

    What is Poldark? And WHO is that? Does he look like that the whole show?

      haha Laura! Poldark a series of books by Winston Graham that PBS premiered on Masterpiece back in the 70’s. It ran for two years and followed the life of Ross Poldark a veteran who came home to find his life in shambles including the fact that his cousin was engaged to the woman he loved. Recently, Aidan Turner, an Irish actor known for his role in Being Human and recently in the Hobbit, was recast as Poldark and the new series premiered on Masterpiece Theater this Summer 🙂 You should catch up on it, it’s lovely! They did a great job with it. Gives me hope they might consider a P&P re-do!
