Tarte BB Full Coverage Concealer Launches
Concealer fan? Tarte fan? You’ll want to get on board with the new Tarte BB Full Coverage Concealer if you are! Tarte has launched a new full coverage concealer that’s available now on QVC.com in six shade selections.
The concealer comes with a brush and promises full coverage with a velvety texture that blurs the appearance of fine lines while concealing imperfections. It comes housed in a new, unique packaging with a custom delivery system tip that dispenses just the right amount of concealer and allows the formula to applied directly under eyes, on face, etc…..Apparently the formula is cooling as you apply!
