About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. oh yay! so happy to hear that Nat and a relief! I’m always scared to make changes that people will hate. Still working out some quirks but it’ll be all settled up soon XOXOXO! thank you!

I think everyone’s going to love it! I’m a sucker for pink/peach so the colour palette you chose is a shoe-in for me. It’s very soft and romantic, and still easy to read and navigate – awesome job! 😀

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! 🙂 Your feedback means the world to me!!!!!! I’m glad you like it. The site really really needed a face lift. It’s also good on mobile now too, few kinks to work out but should be ready and good tomorrow 🙂

I love the redesign! What a surprise when I popped in this morning. 🙂

As for the palette, I can’t get past the fact that the peach shadow is crooked! If they couldn’t find a good one for the promo images, what is it going to look like when someone buys one? (OK. I fully admit that my OCD is in high gear this morning.)

yay! happy to hear it Gillie! A few quirks to be worked out so if you run into any issues let me know. LOL! I didn’t even notice now I have to go look!

p.s. As for this palette. I had it in my shopping cart @Sephora , then removed it.
All the reviews I ever read about Givenchy shadows say they are not worth it.
Colors look pretty though. And yes the first thing I also noticed in the promo image
was that the peach shade is crooked … I too am OCD .. LOL!!!

  • celine D

I caved … I just went back and bought it…
    Used my 20% VIB.
Plus Im a sucker for that packaging.
(hope the peach shadow isn’t crooked. ) LoL!

lol! I’m sure it won’t be! Let us know how it is? Have fun playing Celine!

Just love your new web page design. It is really gorgeous and suits your personality. It must have taken you ages to sort this one out – but it is worth it, because the effect is fantastic. Congratulations.
I really like this palette – lots of desirable colours. Very intriguing.

Whassup with that crooked peach?? Is that really Givenchy or some no-name cheapie palette you get from the DS? Anways, I love the way your new redesign works — a lot softer on the eyes
