Lush Frozen Perfume Review
Lush Frozen Perfume is a new, limited edition Lush Scent Fragrance that popped up recently in the Lush UK Kitchen (Lush Kitchen is a project that hasn’t yet hit the US and basically is a section where they make a batch of a certain exclusive, unique item and put it up on their website for sale).
The Frozen fragrance is actually from a Lush Christmas/Holiday 2015 Bath Bomb of the same name and it also smells like a beloved facial moisturizer too!
Lush Frozen Perfume is a bit expensive at $54 for a small 1 oz bottle but it so is worth it.
Having never smelled the Frozen Bath Bomb I actually blindly purchased Frozen after reading the description on the site.
“If your day’s felt like a series of doors in your face, Frozen is a knitted jumper for your mood. Let it go as you spray the uplifting power of neroli and grapefruit fragrance onto your skin and create your own perfect fairytale ending.”
With notes of tart grapefruit and soft neroli it seems like sometime I would love plus add in the fact I typically love Lush’s citrus-y fragrances and it was a shoe in for a love.
So I purchased two bottles and I hated it. At first mist it’s orange blossom 24/7 365. Ugh I hate orange blossom with a passion. But wait…something happens…it settles down quickly and suddenly I smell liked my favorite moisturizer from Lush, Gorgeous! There’s a little orange blossom still here but it’s very sweet now and dare I say almost Fruit Loop cereal-like. I can barely smell the grapefruit in this fragrance but there is a sharp sweet orange note that isn’t tart but more candy-like. I happen to love how Gorgeous smells and Frozen is the same exact fragrance as it.
Delightful!
Delicious!
It’s a win.
I was a little worried, after falling in love with the scent, that it would be weak with little throw. But this actually has an incredibly good throw with excellent linger at two spritzes! It lasted on me all day and into the night and I can still smell it on my jacket!
This is a wonderful fragrance and although expensive very, very worth a pick up!
Get it now at Lush UK before it disappears forever!
