Bare Minerals The Sexy Neutrals Ready Palette

There’s a new are Minerals 8.0 Ready Eyeshadow Palette on qvc.com today! It’s called the Bare Minerals The Soft & The Smoky Ready 8.0 Shadow Palette and it’s $36. They sadly don’t have an image but as soon as I noticed it was up I purchased it as I love the 8.0 Palettes!

Shades:

  • Celebrate (yellow cream)
  • In the Buff (light golden peach)
  • Heavenly Halo (silver whisper)
  • Midnight Luminance (gun smoke)
  • A-ha (brown sugar)
  • True Chocolate (soft matte brown)
  • Eureka (metallic moss)
  • Mysterious Sky (midnight smoke)

    OMG! I can’t wait to see your review–go go, Muse! I already know I love the Ready formula, but I always need to make sure that the palette has a nice enough mix of gradient colors to stand alone so the palette doesn’t have to be supplemented with other colors (looking at you, The Royals! Scowl.)

    Well, since I’m a bareMinerals-aholic :), I’m pretty sure that 4 of the colors are new and 4 are repeats. They often do this which is a bit frustrating. Once you start collecting them, it would be nice to have all-new shades in new palettes. The pic is now up if you wish to see it, Muse. #A266522

    New colors are: Heavenly Halo (silver whisper), Midnight Luminance (gunsmoke shade), True Chocolate (soft matte), and Mysterious Sky (midnight smoke). I’m still tempted to buy this as well as I prefer the 8.0’s too.

        At least they don’t change the color and keep the same shade name or create a shade they claim are new but are near replicas of older shades, from what I’ve seen from Tarte reviews. I love some of the Tarte products I’ve tried but I definitely defer to BE over Tarte. I love that you know what you’re getting with BE since they clearly label re-releases/re-promotes instead of trying to pass them off as new releases.

          The only thing with the Ready eye palettes is that if you are knowledgeable about the colors or don’t mind having back-ups, then it’s good. I personally would like to see a few palettes with all new colors because I’m running out of limited space to store them. 😉
