Yeah, so, I think beauty.com and I cringe. That website is such a hot mess to navigate and I must admit when the Beauty.com 20% Friends and Family Sale arrives I tend to skip it because navigating the site is just too much of a chore.

But there is stuff to buy during the beauty.com sale that you technically can’t find anywhere else!

So here’s the scoop on stuff to buy during the Beauty.com 20% Off Friends and Family Sale.

Do Buy It Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye Concealer and It Cosmetics Bye Bye Redness Neutralizing Correcting Cream
It Cosmetics has a 20% Friends and Family event a few times a year but hey, beauty.com’s is right now so why not indulge in my two fav products from them? Their concealer is emollient, highly pigmented, and one of my top favorite concealers so now is a good a time as any to grab it up! I don’t technically have redness issues with this creamy foundation is highly concentrated and works a treat to create a truly flawless finish on skin!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I bought a LE NARS eyeshadow in Never Too Late that I was afraid would be out of stock at Sephora by next week. Also picked up Nuxe Reve de Miel lip balm.

  • Liz

I hauled the Nars crystal pressed powder that I heard was being discontinued! Also, a large Z-Pallette!

  • Andi

I am so glad you said that about their website – it makes me crazy to go there!!!! Every once in awhile I forget how bad it & sister site drugstore.com are and go to get something. Although the 20% off Soap & Glory is tempting enough to go back 🙂

    • Isabella Muse

haha it’s the worst. I hate it! drugstore.com is a LITTTTTTTTTTTTLE better but beauty.com is a horror show 😀

  • Laura

I picked up the NARS Despair cheek palette. I was going to buy it during the Sephora 20% off event this weekend, but Sephora said they aren’t getting it – so Beauty.com it is!

  • LS

I know Sephora will have 20% off everything soon, but will Ulta do the same for prestige items?

I have my eye on a Lorac set, which Sephora doesn’t sell.

    • Isabella Muse

You missed it LS, that was last week for Ulta. I believe the last day to order was October 31st.

  • Carolyn

I ended up buying a couple of Beauty Blenders for stocking stuffers, one Tarte Mascara, and a Stivectin hand cream to give it a try. 🙂 I was going to get some Soap and Glory will wait for another Ulta 20% since it’s not prestige. 🙂 What did you get?

    • Isabella Muse

I didn’t hit submit yet but I have some Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Balm in my cart, some origins ginger essence, and some anna sui lipsticks. I’m still kinda lazily shopping it 😀

  • Victoria

Thanks for the heads up. Since Ulta blocks out all the “prestige” brands during their sale (seriously, they’re the worst), the only thing I bought there was my Soap & Glory stuff (and since that’s under “Prestige Bath” in the store, I was terrified they were going to claim I couldn’t get more than 10% off). But Beauty.com has my Malin + Goetz lip balm, DuWop AND Lipstick Queen, none of which I can get at Sephora, and with no restrictions, yay!

    • Isabella Muse

my pleasure! If you make Ulta Platinum you’ll actually get 20% off all brands! So you might want to shop there more throughout the year to get that discount 🙂 but regardless, beauty.com has a lot of great brands that you can’t find everywhere (like lipstick queen) so even though the site is a pain still worth shopping during the sale 🙂

      • Victoria

I might make Ulta Platinum my goal for next year, now that I’m getting pretty much all of my hair/skin stuff there (Hask, SheaMoisture and Soap & Glory). I need to ease up on my Sephora splurges anyway, especially since my VIB status is good through the end of next year 🙂

        • Isabella Muse

I don’t think it’s hard to make platinum, don’t quote me but it’s like $200 to get there? So you can get there quick if you buy drugstore stuff/hair stuff/etc…! Plus they always have good sales and coupons 😀

        • Elle

I think platinum is totally worth it, if you save up your points once you make platinum, you’ll get a 10x points offer. I haul then. at 1000 points they’re basically worth $.50 each.

For example, when it’s at 10x points (a platinum only coupon), I spend $100, and I get 1000 points which is worth $50 that I can use on anything in the store. For that reason, if an item is at both Sephora and Ulta, or its an everyday drugstore item, I’ll buy it at Ulta to ensure I get platinum every year.

Only bummer is that you don’t get points when you use points. So, if you wanted to to use your points during a 20% off sale. You’re just getting stuff free, not earning points on the money you ‘paid’ with points.

      • Elle

Lipstick Queen is also at Ulta (FWIW)

I am so proud of myself. I only got a Stila glow lip pencil, and the Vita bronzing minerals (I saw someone on IG with the BEST contour/face and she said it was from these).

I’m saving the NARS items for NARS’ 20% off (I’ll prob get the despaire cheek palette and the atomic atom multiple)

        • Isabella Muse

It is indeed but since this was 20% Off beauty.com seemed a good time to mention it here 🙂 Sephora’s 20% off started today so if you’re Rouge you can grab the cheek palette 🙂
