Clarisonic Mia Fit

Clarisonic makes the world of cleansing my face so hard. Why? Because I already have a Clarisonic and a Mia, and a Profile, and…well, yeah. So I dunno about you but the fact they introduce new designs and new cleansing brushes quite often makes it mighty hard not to purchase a new one and let’s not forget all the awesome deals they have due to the Holidays!

And you can classify the new Clarisonic Mia Fit as something I need too.

Now that the Clarisonic Mia Fit is available for the ladies I can go ahead and tell you my secret obsessive with the Clarisonic Alpha Fit. Earlier this year the Clarisonic Alpha Fit was released for dudes wanting to get in on Clarisonic’s world of cleaning. I couldn’t help but be slightly jealous of the compact, handheld size that was created for men. How come they get the cooler new size?! Don’t get me wrong I love my Clarisonic but the the Fit seemed like a great handheld device that was smaller to travel with, easier to store, and most importantly it looked like it would fit very nicely in my hand versus the much larger, traditional Clarisonic Cleansing Brush.

Fast forward and now there’s a Clarisonic Mia Fit for the ladies.

The Clarisonic Mia Fit is available in three shades and has two speeds with a new lightweight, compact design that fits comfortably in the palm of your hand and let’s not forget travels and stores a lot easier.

I think the most appealing thing about this would be the size. It just looks a heck of a lot smaller and easier to store versus my very large Clarisonic Profile. I also feel like you’ll have a lot more control over where the brush goes due to the smaller size and the fact it lays nice and flat against your face. I don’t doubt it’ll be as great as all the Clarisonic Brushes I’ve had the pleasure of using.

I’m tempted that’s for sure!

The Clarisonic Mia Fit is available now at Sephora.com and Ulta.com.

What do you think of the new design?

Ohh would you look at that… I was just looking at my Mia in the shower the other day and pondering if it was time to get a new one (it will be 3 this Christmas). I’m really drawn to the smaller size… I think this is going on my Christmas list 🙂

    • Isabella Muse

isn’t it cute? I think it’ll be great in the shower. I’m just really digging the size. I’m jealous! I want one too! 🙂

  • Maria

I like the new size. I wonder if the Mia brushes will fit this new size device. Please inform Muse. Thanks

I love my clarisonic to bits, and will probably never go back to manual cleansing, but lately I’ve been tempted to switch to the adorable Foreo Luna. And now this… Decisions, decisions.

    • Isabella Muse

I’m actually testing the foreo right now, verdict is still out on it 🙂

      • Lauren

I can’t wait for your review on it! I’m really interested in either the Luna or the Luna Mini. I’ve got a Mia, but I very rarely use it because I think my skin is too sensitive for it.

        • Isabella Muse

how about the sensitive brush heads Lauren? Those any good for you? Review upcoming shortly 😀

          • Lauren

Even the sensitive brush heads tend to make my skin really tight and sensitive, unfortunately. I’ve tried them with several different cleansers, including Cerave Hydrating Cleanser, and I think it’s just too much for my skin. I had thought it was the cleansers, but after trying so many, I’m pretty sure it’s the brushes. Now I alternate between Cerave’s Hydrating Cleanser and the Renewing SA Cleanser and just use my hands. I still need a little exfoliation, though, so I’m hoping the Luna will be gentle enough that it won’t set off my skin.

          Hi Lauren!
Have you tried the delicate brush head? When I had my Clarisonic Pro that is what I used for the most part. My mom’s favorite brush head was the Luxe Cashmere Cleanse Brush Head and it is my 14 year old niece’s favorite as well, especially when her eczema really flares up. That brush head is super soft! Both have a Mia 2 unit.
I have the Smart Profile now and I use the head with the RFID chip, the center pops out of all the brush heads except for the Luxe brush head line, and I pop the delicate outer ring of the brush head around my RFID chip center brush head (I did this based on the advise I received from a Clarisonic customer service representative). They are working on more brush heads in the future. I have quite sensitive skin too that is fair so gets red easily.
I hope this information helps a little.

          • Lauren

I think I tried the sensitive one. I’ve tried several of the brush heads and didn’t have luck with any of them. I used to really like the deep cleansing one, until I realized that it was really bothering my skin. I might have to pick up the cashmere one, though, and try it. Like you, I’m very fair, so my skin shows redness very easily, and the irritation also makes my acne scarring more obvious.

I have the Mia 2, and it’s small, but still kind of heavy and bulky for short trips, when every ounce can count in a carry one. This would be great, but it’s $189!!!

    • Isabella Muse

I know! that was the thing that had me raise a brow, the price! I wish it was available on their site as all units are 25% off! But sadly hasn’t launched there yet! maybe qvc will have a steal or deal soon on it 😀

  • Ida

Ooooh I want that! I got Foreo Luna Mini, because I didn’t want a bulky device on my bathroom, but I do kinda miss the occasional mechanical exfoliation. I hope they launch soon in Europe! Ordering overseas gets mad expensive with customs and tax.

  • Maria

Funny Muse. I was thinking the same thing. Maybe QVC will have a today special soon at a better price.

    • ChynnaBlue

QVC has a Clarisonic TSV approximately every 3 months and had one in/around the first half of November, so we should know in early Spring. I was waiting for an Aria/Mia 3 when I saw the Alpha Fit and flipped out over how cool it was. I liked that it takes up less space and seems easier to travel with and added that to my list. Looks like now it just depends on which shows up as a TSV first – the Mia Fit or the Mia 3.

I almost caved today and bought the Keith Haring Mia 2 in the Dance pattern, because I love Keith Haring, but I’ll stay strong!

I went through the TSV’s for February 2016 and I don’t see a Clarisonic TSV scheduled, so when March’s Insider comes out I will see if they have once coming up in March I will let you know. 🙂

Perfect timing. My ancient Clarisonic finally died a couple of months ago and I’ve been thinking about finally replacing it. I almost did during the Sephora sale, but I am really glad that I held off. I really want one of these – they are so cute!

I have the soniclear, which I like, but I really want to try the mia fit. Soniclear only has two brushhead options, neither of which I’m crazy about. The clarisonic acne or delicate brush head should suit my needs. Let us know if you get one!I think I’ll pinch some pennies to buy this one.
