Coastal Scents Lipsticks Are $3.95 and Pretty Fab!

Coastal Scents Lipsticks launched in 14 shades a while back ago but I never got a chance to tried them out until recently. There’s something to be said about lipstick that has a great formula and does doesn’t cost a ton of money! It’s kinda like winning the lotto when you find a beauty budget friendly lipstick that actually works great!

These Coastal Scents Lipsticks are cheap and have a nice little formula so if you’re shopping cheap makeup thrills at the moment pick these little guys up.

Coastal Scents Lipsticks come housed in a chubby little lightweight gunmetal barrel. It’s a nice light packaging that stores easily and travels lightly. The shades are not named but merely numbered.

These have absolutely no flavor and no fragrance but what they do have a buttery cream formula that glides on lips super easily. I’m not a huge cream lover (although Too Faced La Creme did change my mind about that) but this formula is very nice. It almost has a gel-like texture that smooths onto my drier lips very nicely. I’d like to say it has a bit of a hybrid texture that’s part balm and part cream lipstick and it keeps lips lightly hydrated through the five hour wear. All the shades I tried were very smooth but I did experience a little grittiness with the shimmer shade 10 but nothing that was terribly bothersome. All four shades I tried had excellent pigmentation and a gorgeously smooth appearance on my drier lips.

Coastal Scents Lipsticks are proof you don’t have to spend a ton of money on lipstick to get a good formula. These are a nice cheap little thrill if you’re on a beauty budget!
