Kiko Luscious Cream Lipstick Review & Swatches

Kiko Luscious Cream Lipstick

I’m starting to believe Kiko Cosmetics can’t create a lipstick that isn’t gorgeously formulated. Kiko Luscious Cream Lipstick in 511 Dark Scarlet Red is the new love of my life.

Take a look!

Housed in a slick push to release barrel, Kiko’s Luscious Cream Lipstick is gorgeous to look at and presents a high ended front but don’t anyone I paid $3.90 for it on sale! Wink! Full price? A mere $9 dollars. Either way it’s a deal and a half.

As with all Kiko Lipsticks I’ve tried to date the Luscious Cream formula is gorgeously formulated. I keep saying, “This is my favorite Kiko Lipstick!” But wait, no, “This is my favorite!” No, no, “This one is!” There’s just so many formulations to try that are so budget friendly and I love them all! How can a girl choose just one?

I should really say I hate creams. I find many cream formulas fall into my natural lip lines and end up looking rather dry. Not Kiko’s! This is a creamy, lightly moist formula with a hint of shine and a easy, smooth, super creamy lipstick that glides onto lips. It’s virtually weightless yet it packs color on in a single swipe and it stays on for a solid five hours with migrating, feathering, or fading.

Now I ask again, what more can a girl ask for?

Kiko aces it again!

Kiko Luscious Cream Lipstick is worth a haul.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. It looks so pretty on you! Have you tried the Water eyeshadow 208 and 200 as highlighters? They’re dupes for mac whisper of gilt and superb 🙂

Good grief! Look at you! This is beautiful on you! Kiko just kills it. They know how to do lipstick…that is for sure. I feel another haul coming on.

This is such a glorious shade and for $9 you just can’t go wrong. How I wish Kiko was here in Australia!

I bought Kiko’s spray toner yesterday (A bargain–only $3.90!!) and I love it so far!! I read your review on it and I don’t get that stinging feeling at all, mind you I don’t have sensitive skin. It’s such a refreshing post-cleansing toner, I really feel it plump my skin back to normal before I put on a moisturizer. I was about to purchase the Mario Badescu one, but the Kiko one is also rose-water based and actually seems to have more active ingredients, is larger, and cheaper–without having propelyne glycol in it (which I am kind of suspicious of as a skincare additive, and it’s the second ingredient of the Badescu spray!!) Kiko is slowly growing on me, too bad they discontinued their Matte Muse liquid lipstick :(.

NICE! Great deal! I’m glad to hear it worked for you! 🙂 Don’t worry, I’m sure they’ll introduce a new matte lippie for Spring 🙂

That is beautiful. I got some of the Crystal Sheer sale lipsticks myself. Sadly, I do not like them. The shimmer is gritty, and the colors are too light for me. The formula was also very slippery. Can’t return sale items, so I shall have to find a home. I might have to try the cream version, though!

Isn’t it precious? It’s my favourite red. That’s a pity it’s been discontinued
