    Seriously? 10%? For VIB Rouge? Is this to replace the Spring 15% that they used to have every year? I can only laugh at that – HAHAHAHAHA! Sephora is so ridiculous. Ulta will send me a 20% off everything soon enough.

      No, this doesn’t replace the spring 15% off sale. I believe this code is the same one they give you when you qualify/requalify for VIB each year.

    The code can be used once, anytime during the year I believe (for VIB). I don’t shop Ulta online as much because of their shipping charges, they never seem to offer shipping discounts or promotions. I bought Sephora Flash for $10 and get all my stuff shipped within 2 days for free all year.
