Cargo Eye Contour Eyeshadow Palette

Contouring eye palettes and eyeshadows are totally a thing now! The new Milani Eyeshadows Palettes from their Spring 2016 Collection kinda embrace the contouring trend plus Burberry has a new line of sculpting and contouring cream eyeshadow pencils with Kat Von D launching a collection of eyeshadow contouring palettes later this season.

Even more recently Cargo Cosmetics gets on bord with their Eye Contour Eyeshadow Palette for Spring 2016.

The Cargo Eye Contour Eyeshadow Palette ($28) contains a selection of 7 mattes in light, medium, and dark shades that work together to lift, contour, and define eyes while one shimmer shade acts as a highlighter.

The concept sounds interesting enough! I’m wondering if it works.

You can get the Cargo Eye Contour Eyeshadow Palette now at Ulta.com.

What do you think of the entire eye contouring trend?

Another bogus trend?

Or something that might actually work?

Do share!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Pretty colors, but seems like a bogus trend as far as eye shadows go. Use a dark, medium and light shade and there you go!

I’m with you, Dee. Kinda like the conturing phase. I have a pie face and i’m fine with it. LOL!
