Fortune Cookie Soap Adipose Don't Be Jelly

Fortune Cookie Soap Adipose Don’t Be Jelly is part of the Fortune Cookie Soap Man With a Box Collection which recently sold out completely. But don’t worry you’ll be able to get Fortune Cookie Soap Adipose Don’t Be Jelly as well as the rest of the Man with a Box Collection starting March 12th from Noon until 3pm CST you will be able to pre-order all the individual products collection (It could take up to 10 days to ship as this is a pre-order).

Adipose are little humanoid blobs of fat with eyes, nose, mouth, hands, and feet. They originally appeared in the Doctor Who episode, Partners in Crime, which is also the episode that Donna Noble makes a re-appearance and becomes Ten’s newest companion.

Don’t Be Jelly is aptly named as it resembles a big old blob of jelly or in this case perhaps it resembles a blob of fat! 🙂

Fortune Cookie Soap Adipose Don't Be Jelly2

Fortune Cookie Soap Adipose Don’t Be Jelly is much the same as Lush’s Shower Jelly formula. It’s a wibbily wobbly blob that that can be scooped out into tiny chunks and used in the shower as a body wash of sorts. You can either plop some in a shower puff or use a wash cloth to break the jelly up and into a lather to wash with.

Fortune Cookie Soap’s formula is far to superior to Lush’s in my opinion as it is a little more density and not as slippery so it’s not ending up down the drain before you even get a chance to use it. I always find Lush’s formula slips right off my sponge and down the drain before I can work it into a lather. This formula is a little more denser, like a soft jelly mold, and it lathers a lot more as well. It’s a weird product but quite fun to use.

Fortune Cookie Soap Adipose Don't Be Jelly4

It’s supposed to smell like fruity marshmallows but to me it kinda smells like a man’s cologne with a subtle spiciness and hits of sandalwood. It’s quite a nice fragrance that lasts well after stepping out of the shower!

If you’re into trying new and perhaps unusual beauty things you should get on quite fine with Fortune Cookie Soap Adipose Don’t Be Jelly!

It’ll be available again on March 12th at fortunecookiesoap.com.

If it’s easier to use than Lush jellies it might be worth a try. I used to get so surprised and annoyed when I tried to use the lush ones. You could hear me yell “nooooooooo!” All through the house as it would slip off my hand and right down the drain….

LIKEWISEEEEEEEEE! I hate Lush jelly! It’s too slippery and doesn’t lather up well and it disappears down the drain before I can use it ;-D This is much denser so it isn’t slipping and sliding out of my hands!

I’m not a Whovian so saw this and had to look at what the hell it was! When I see Adipose, I think forensic crime scene …. and I would really not want to use that cosmetically 😉
