    Ooooh! Lately MAC has sucked me back in, so I’m excited for this! I’ve scaled back my Ulta and Sephora spending so I need a new rewards program lol. Hopefully we can shop collections calmly & without staying up all hours of the night haha

    Good morning,

    Did this just start on Feb 1st? I literally made my first MAC purchase in a boutique on Saturday (Jan 30th) and when I asked if they had a program the associate said all they had was the turn in program. I signed up for that, and I’m signing up for this. I’m going to see if there’s a way for me to get Saturday’s purchase applied to the new account, since I’m already about half way to the first spending tier.

    Wow this is great as I really don’t like going to the MAC Cosmetic store or counters…I can now avoid the snotty makeup artists who tend to ignore me. However, it will take the joy away of seeing their faces when I do get help from the new kid at the store/counter and I purchase over $200 worth of cosmetics :-)!

    Not happy with the rewards program customer service. I have spoken to them 3 times over the last 2 days, telling them that $134 was not included in my account that I purchased in Antwerp. I even gave them the full address of where I purchased and the items. They insisted I find the receipts, which I did. Now they say because the purchase was not in the US, I don’t get credit. Ok, I understand it is not part of the program but do you think they 3 reps I spoke to could share that information with me – NO. I am tired of lousy customer service.
