Experts need apply here as Catrice Highlighting Powders are pretty pigmented so you really need to get this on your face in the correct locations and buff, buff, buff, buff until you get the most soft focused finish.

Each powder has a thin, silky formula with a frost finish that can be sheered out by buffing and blending out well. I struggled a little with these as they are quite pigmented so I had a hard time just dusting them on and going. You want to put them in just the right locations in and around your face to get the best benefit from them. In my case, I ended up using a smaller facial brush and apply at the upper parts of my cheekbones and blended upwards towards the inner corners of my eyes. Don’t be scared to put a little elbow grease into your blending game as I think these look nicest when you buff them out to a super fine finish.

They do create that coveted strobing look everyone is crazy about lately but they aren’t subtle about it so it isn’t necessarily a natural lighting effect. Stardust is a pale white pink that produces more of a brightening effecting that the sheer, more subtle beige shimmer of Champagne Campaign.
