Urban Decay Through the Looking Glass Eyeshadow Palette First Look

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

You’re hearing a lot about the Urban Decay Disney Through the Looking Glass Eyeshadow Palette today I’m sure! This one is packed with 20 Alice in Wonderland inspired shades with a gorgeous pull drawer design that’s either your worst nightmare or your most wanted packaging of the moment. I love great packaging no matter how bulky so I’m all hands on deck with this one.

I’m terribly excited about the shades as in the Urban Decay Through the Looking Glass Palette Video the colors look very, very wearable.

I’m eager to see how this one turns out.

The launch is set for sometime in May to coincide with the movie release and there will also be five shades of lipsticks to go along with this collection all of which will be available at urbandecay.com, Sephora.com, and Ulta.com as well as in stores.

Excited?

I know I am!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I can’t believe I’m saying this but…it’s a pass for me. I didn’t like the Wizard of Oz palettes and I really hate bulky packaging. The only other time I passed on a UD palette was one of their special releases (I cannot remember the name but it was about 3 years ago) that had a drawer under the palette, some pop up decoration on the lid, even some plug-in thingy, and was just big. I drove all the way to the nearest Ulta, took one look, and said no thanks.

Love the greens and blues, but do you know any palettes with ONLY colorful shadows? I already have tons of nude palettes, I don’t want to pay for even more browns 🙁

I don’t know about this palette waiting for mine to come in the mail. I’m starting to think with urban decay palettes some batches are better than others, some on you tube look so pigment and others don’t also I think the patted on the eyelid method works best with these shadows . Have to wait to see how pigmented my palette is.
