Elizabeth Arden Superstart Skin Renewal Booster

Elizabeth Arden Superstart Skin Renewal Booster is probably one my very favorite skincare products! This is a great way to get skin ready for makeup but also a prep for your skincare. It not only preps well for both but also repairs skin so it is visible smoother and hydrated.

It’s one of the first things I use in my skincare routine in the AM and as the name states it super starts my routine so my makeup looks smoother, softer, and more flawless.

Here’s how it works!

Essence is becoming a fairly popular pick here in the US thanks to Korea’s influence. For me Elizabeth Arden Superstart Skin Renewal Booster performs a lot of the same duties as an essence but with a super charged formula that adds moisture, helps to retain it, and gives skin a fresher look.

This formula is marketed to boost the skin’s ability to defend and repair itself. I honestly, can’t say if it does that but what it does do is prep well for both skincare and makeup. It also hydrates skin to a point that skin appears visibly smoother and more healthier and flawless. It does this with a base of glycerin that adds plenty of moisture to the skin’s surface as well as triglyceride and ceramides that adds a suppleness and and smoothness to skin. It does have a light, fresh fragrance that may or may not be a problem for sensitive users.

The formula is a thin, gel texture that absorbs easily into skin. I tend to apply this in the morning after facial mist and before any other skincare. It smooths and softens skin so my moisturizer absorbs easily. It also boosts the level of moisture to my skin so my makeup applies and looks smoother. Drier areas are eliminated as this softens and smooths instantly which mean foundation has lest of a drier area to adhere to. I just feel like my moisturizer is working so much better when I apply Elizabeth Arden Superstart Skin Renewal Booster under it!

I’ve become so addicted to this that I can actually see the difference when I’m not using it. My skin looks less smooth, my foundation tends to cling to the dryness near my cheeks, etc…

With it, my skin is much smoother, my makeup much softer, and my skin less duller.

Elizabeth Arden Superstart Skin Renewal Booster does indeed super start your skin to a more perfect, flawless day. This is great for wear under skincare and makeup and adds not only moisture but also visible smoothness and softness to your complexion.

Love it!

Essences have silicones, like serums and my skin doesn’t get on with them .

I’ve been wanting to buy this forever, but I’m trying to use up samples.

I generally like the EA skincare range – having used them in GWP. I loved the ceramide capsules, but they are very similar to the Physicians Formula Argon Oil -which I am TOTALLY addicted to. This would be a great purchase. Is it expensive Isabella?

I really like the ceramide capsules as well! It’s $65 USD
