Covergirl Clean Matte BB Cream

Covergirl Clean Matte BB Cream for Summer 2016 hits drugstores this month with a new matte finish formula ideal for oily skin types. Remember when Covergirl was trying to toss off their tinted moisturizer formula for a BB Cream a few years ago!? Oh the confusion! It sounds like they might have repackaged their Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-1 Foundation for this launch but perhaps the coverage is sheerer.

It’s available in five shade selections and will be $8.99 when it hits drugstores or can be purchased now at drugstore.com.

You can expect a lot more from Covergirl for Summer 2016 so stay tuned. But more importantly, I want to know whatever happened to those cool sphere lip balms they were supposed to launch!?

Those sphere lip balms *do* exist; I remember seeing them at a CVS last summer! The only thing is that since they have SPF they were placed in the seasonal aisle with the sunscreens, as opposed to the makeup aisle. (Because this was a CVS at the shore they had a whole rounder with all different brands of lip products with SPF, thus I’m not sure if other more “inland” stores would do this).

At my CVS they are placed with the lip balm end-cap that also displays Vaseline lip therapy and assorted Beauty 360 spheres. At this store that happens to be off the end of the hair accessory aisle.
