True Story, My Favorite Red Lipstick Costs $1

Who even knew $1 lipstick was a thing? Doesn’t the idea of paying ninety nine cents for makeup anything make you cringe slightly or am I just a snob? I just think, “wait, what? A dollar? Skip! It must suck!”

But true story, my favorite red lipstick costs a $1! Or if you want to be technical it costs .99 cents thank you very much.

I’m talking about Wet n Wild Cherry Frost Silk Finish Lipstick! Which by the way has a slight frost finish! Gasp! I know! Frost! If you know anything at all about me you know I hate frost lipstick or eyeshadow anything.

I was mucking around with the Sims 4 recently, I blame Joe if you must know, see below! Anyway, I was mucking with the Sims 4 and the Sim I created totally had on a Cherry Frost-like Red Lipstick! Which, of course, made me haul it out to wear and I couldn’t help but think, “This cost me a buck and it looks stupid amazing on!” Vane, I know!

Yeah, so these are the days of my lives when I’m picking our lipsticks because my Sim is rocking the same shade. Twinsies! I swear there’s a capital L out there with my name on it (LOSER!).

None the less, do not snub the dollar lipstick my friends! If you’re looking for a wearable shade of cherry red this is totally worth a pick up plus hey, if it doesn’t work for you, you won’t feel bad about tossing it in the trash!

I know there are least some of you out there already using the shade.
