Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Cushion

Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Cushion Compact ($50) has launched in the US finally! And the refills too by the very way. I’ve been wanting to try this after hearing so much about it from a variety of Asian beauty blogs.

Available in 7 shades this weightless liquid foundation is infused pink silk tree extract, caffeine and lychee as well as an SPF 35. It provides seamless, weightless coverage that looks and feels incredibly natural while giving your skin a flawless appearance.

I’ve been obsessed with cushion since trying my very first Etude House one a few years ago and I’m very excited they are now becoming increasingly popular in the US. I’m particularly happy seeing some of my favorite brands like Bobbi Brown doing their own version.

The thing I like about Bobbi’s version is they come in a few standard, universal shades. Typically I fit in very well with either a Light Medium shade and they have one I’m hoping will prove a good light creamy beige! I dislike the normal Bobbi foundation range since I find many of her shades are yellow based which is unflattering on my duller skin. These shades seem much more wearable!

Bobbi also has refills available which are $35 each.

Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Cushion Compact is available now at Nordstrom.com and will be launching shortly at Sephora.com as well as on counters.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. So awesome that she’s selling refills!! I can’t believe other brands (at least those that I’ve tried their cushion foundations) don’t do this w/ their versions of this type of product; such a waste of packaging!
